Overall a good visit!…read more This location is inside MacArthur. I was shopping on Black Friday and realized okay it's time for me to get a new phone because the current phone that I had... Samsung S5 ...the battery was losing life sporadically. I figured okay let me go ahead and take it into T Mobile with the intention of them replacing my current battery. But I found out, T-Mobile doesn't issue batteries anymore they recommend you go to a place that just specializes in batteries whether it's a Battery Plus or another shop. Oooooh K, what to do? I decided to get the Samsung S7 and I'm enjoying it so far. It's been maybe 2 weeks now since I've had the phone and everything's great about it. I decided to go ahead and keep my S5 phone and get the battery replaced at a later date. The customer service here was pleasant, not over the top or above and beyond, but I have no complaints. One of the manager's suggested some products...phone cases for my new phone starting at $10. This was a good price because normally cases can be astronomical when you go to into the store. I walked in maybe waited a couple minutes before someone was able to help me out and was out within within an hour they transferred everything from my current phone to my new phone. No headaches...smooth transition from start to finish! So no worries at all...I so highly recommend you go. Have fun | enjoy

I had no idea how severe or minimal the damage to my laptop screen was and was honestly freaking out, but the employees made sure everything was taken care of and got the part to me within three days! Fixing the laptop itself only took about 30-45 minutes, so pretty speedy service in my opinion. They also gave me a lower estimate than I originally thought, so high was a pleasant surprise. Overall as this is my first time coming here, I would recommend anyone in need of a simple or even complex repair to go here!!

I assumed that Yelp would take note of that, and not post it. I was wrong. However, in fairness, I am revising my comment. The service provided, including a very quick response, with the information requested provided, and prompt answers to subsequent questions, was "great," and deeply appreciated. So, I am modifying my evaluation to say that the service received was great, as far as it went. And, I am sure that TechFix would provide the services about which I inquired in a similar "great" manner, worthy of 5 stars.

We came in close to closing time expecting to replace one phone and ended up leaving with four upgraded phones and two Apple Watches. The biggest surprise was when Jonny came back after leaving for the evening just to help make everything run smoothly. That kind of dedication says a lot about the team at this store.
