The sales person who came out did not answer any of our questions and had us talk to the original person since I guess he didn't want to sell us an inground pool. The original person showed us 2 pictures on his phone and the basically pushed us out the door. We had to ask for a pamphlet. We ended up going somewhere else and purchased a pool that day from them. Not sure what they were thinking there, I guess they didn't believe we actually were in the market for a pool but we were treated like we were interrupting something and they didn't want us there. I use it every night and love it. I have had a couple issues; however, they immediately corrected them. Recently, I noticed the metal frame that lifts the cover and holds it in place, was filling up with rainwater and dripping rust on my deck. I called Diana Barrett and she ask for photos for the factory. I figured I was out of luck. In less than Two weeks Scott and Beby showed up with a new lifting rack. They drained the tub, and replaced the assembly. They also lined the joints with tape to prevent further rain leakage. Everyone I have worked with has been exceptional. Leia and Michael in Sales and Diana, Tyler, Chrystal Scott and Beby are all GREAT!
