Last spring (2018) I had a very old key that I needed duplicated and they were unable to do it as blanks aren't made for that type of key anymore and they were out of them. The locksmith went the extra mile and let me know about another locksmith in the city that could help me out. He didn't have to do that, and it was very appreciated. Great place, friendly people. I…read morehave upgraded iPhones quite a few times before and usually the process online is pretty seamless. This time, it was not. This was my first upgrade since the Sprint/T-Mobile merger. My iPhone 13 was apparently missing a new SIM card and I tried using the Sprint chat online for assistance but they weren't really much help. I talked to 3 different reps and none of them were able to resolve my issue. I decided to head to the T-Mobile store the following day to help me because I wasn't able to make calls or text unless I was on wifi! Ughhhh... Coming to this T-Mobile location was such a great decision. I was so happy that Scott was able to help me with getting my iPhone 13 working and was able to take my iPhone 11 to get to UPS. He solved my issue within minutes and I also purchased a new phone case for my phone because walking around with a naked iPhone is no good lol I am very happy that I decided to visit this location.

They did not even ask us the reason for our visit before making that assumption. When the guy attempted to assist us, we tried to explain the reason for our visit. However, we were spoken to in a very dismissive and disrespectful manner and were told that we had to complete the process online. We have completed similar processes in the store before, and we have been T-Mobile customers for many years. Because of the way we were approached and treated, my family and I left the store feeling discriminated against. In my opinion, based on the circumstances and the assumptions that were made about us because of our Hispanic appearance, this interaction felt like an act of racial discrimination. I believe this type of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a store that serves a large and diverse community of people from different races, backgrounds, and nationalities. Every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or appearance. I sincerely hope that this situation is taken seriously and that the appropriate steps are taken to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully in the future. Finally, if someone is unable or unwilling to treat people with respect simply because they are of a different race, ethnicity, or skin color, then they may need to reconsider whether they are in the right position to be in the Customer Service business. No customer should have to experience this type of treatment.

I found the lot and walk up clear of debris. Upon walking in no initial greeting, but the checkout area is not positioned to lend itself to see customers walking in. No staff was up front. The store presented well and was attractive in a sexy office supply type of way. Major Office Max badging was hung from the ceiling in the rear on a circular type of sign. Everything was clean. My objective was to pick up a three hole punch after mine when kaput. I had an older model off brand and was anxious to see what was offered. To my surprise they offered over a half dozen types from 5 sheets to 50. Both manual and electric with prices ranging from $20+ to $50+. The main brand offered was Swingline which is the best! I picked up a midline to punch 20. I perused the store to kill some time and as I mentioned before I love office supplies anyway. The furniture is in the rear and they have a really good supply of chairs that range from basic to high end. The print shop is up front. As I continued my walk around I was reminded the depth of inventory that Office Max carries. From candy, to cleaning supplies to a few OTC pharmacy needs like Tylenol. Up front at checkout they even have gift cards. I was approached by two staff on the floor at different times. An older lady was particularly friendly and we made small talk. This elevated my review one full star. I see the most recent reviews are very positive. When you see and hear customer service you know it and thank you! My checkout was good and my rewards card applied. The young lady clerk was ok, professional and that's all good. It's always nice for me to hear "did you find everything" which I did not. My credit card transaction was processed without a hitch. I did notice the front of the counter laminate was damaged with a large crack. This store is a solid option for office supply loving customers. I suspect it's less known than Town Center which has a great flow. On my visit it was not busy mid day. I suspect it's because they do not offer road frontage as the store is not new. If your looking for an easy in and out office supply run hit them up.

The team of workers took their time and the workmanship and attention to detail were top-notch. After the pool was complete, they gave us a "pool school" to understand all the equipment. The Hayward salt water system is amazingly easy to operate. Blue Water made several visits to make sure things were working properly. We had them install a heater (heat exchanger) and we closed the pool last season Jan 1... yes, New Years Day, the pool temperature was 92 degrees... We also were able to open the pool months ahead of our neighbors. I now take water samples in to the office for free testing. I highly recommend them!

Well, our pool flooded, and they only put a pipe about 5 foot straight down. This caused a huge crack in the bottom of our pool. Other things that were wrong with the pool: 1) spa was not connected or piped to our pump in order to filter that water. 2) the pool is almost 5 inches higher on one side (not level at all).
