But these men came by within a few days and said the liner was old and hadn't gone to back to its shape (or had stretched) . They also left me with a quote for a new liner but stated the vinyl was probably not going to do well with a wrinkle repair. They charged me nothing for their time and opinion. One of them stated if you can deal with the ugly wrinkle, I'd leave it until you can replace it. I appreciated the honesty and the fact he didn't try to sell me his services.

Hole in the filter put a TON of diatomaceous earth into my pool. Have you ever tried to get diatomaceous earth out of the pool? The worst. I sent lots of pictures to them trying to figure out why my pool wasn't clearing up as they had said it would "in a few days". There was no response Called Leslie's and they helped me diagnose the problem. Oh ya! I also had to buy a new PUMP motor. Too bad as I had high hopes for the couple.
