Hole in the filter put a TON of diatomaceous earth into my pool. Have you ever tried to get diatomaceous earth out of the pool? The worst. After about a month of poor communication and unprofessional behavior I was very hesitant to give them more money and terminated the contract. I called about the deposit and was told it would be issued via check. Over a month later, still no deposit, called for the 2nd time after a month and was met with rude and combative behavior by their clerk Ashley. Wasted enough time with these clowns, handing the matter over to the contractor board, possibly small claims court to follow. Ultimately went with a different contractor who has been fantastic to work with.
