My bet is that her daddy gave her the business or her husband actually started the company? They miss numerous appointments, and you have to call to find out what's going on, and they say it was windy. We were going to call you; we have to reschedule. How about proactively calling the customer! I would highly recommend you do NOT use this company. It's her way or the highway- save time, take the highway! After about a month of poor communication and unprofessional behavior I was very hesitant to give them more money and terminated the contract. I called about the deposit and was told it would be issued via check. Over a month later, still no deposit, called for the 2nd time after a month and was met with rude and combative behavior by their clerk Ashley. Wasted enough time with these clowns, handing the matter over to the contractor board, possibly small claims court to follow. Ultimately went with a different contractor who has been fantastic to work with.
