When he got her today, he said he wasn't going to remove the plugs for that price, and said I should get someone else if I want to. So I am! I found Matt on Yelp, and he came out in the dark a couple days later to measure the size I would need. He showed me where to order the right liner to be sent to me, then came out and spent most of a Sunday installing it. He gave me instructions to replace a portion of the filter line, and stayed available to me via text until I got that fixed successfully. Growing up in a family that owned a small business, I can easily recognize good service, and that is exactly what I got from Ahoy.

I'm sorry but my complaints warranted at least a phone call. The owner has a full-time job and this is his side hustle so perhaps that has something to do with it.
