Believe all the reviews. May the odds be ever in your favor... If all you want is a pool closing or…read moreopening then this is your company. They do give you more for your money. I used them to close my pool last year which is how I called to get a quote for a new liner. If you are looking for quality on anything else then avoid at all costs. Pool closing =great. New liner = NIGHTMARE. I only went with this company because all the other major pool companies said maybe end of July but probably August. I didn't want to lose an entire summer. This one said 2 weeks after ordering so mid May. It was end of May for me but I had to stay on them to get any progress. Even had threaten them not to pay and have them come get their stuff including the liner. You will need to ask questions and stay on top off them every step of the way. Hope you have ring cameras. They are not a full disclosure company, they will use old rusted materials instead of talking to you about new costs. Their techs might break your steps coming out of the pool and make you ask for the repairs. You will have to advocate for yourself every step of the way and even beg for what you are paying for. What should have been a 3-4 days process ended up almost 3 weeks. The guy they subcontracted to (Coastline pool liners) is young and obviously lacking in this trade. My liner was not measured correctly so it didn't fit into the track. Instead of saying they messed up and fixing the issue to secure a loyal customer they made me BEG for what I paid for but never got. My liner was not measured correctly. It doesn't lay against the pool wall especially at the curves. It balloons out like an air pocket. I requested liner lock. Not my first pool. Jessica said after I fill the pool. I said the liner will pop out. She said it will be fine. Liner pulled out in multiple areas. I had to drain the pool then they still couldn't put the liner back in the track. I had to lose my and threaten her to come get it all and I would start over with another pool company to get the corners pulled into the track. Her texts are attentive & sweet until they aren't then they get nasty. I have receipts so please don't respond unless you want those screens shots added. I have additional liner money so I didn't want to lose this entire summer but If you don't have extra $ move on because they aren't fixing anything. If you are having new lights installed understand they bring and install. They don't make sure anything works. Add $350 to the cost that is what my electrician charges. Fingers crossed almost 10k lasts a few years but doubt it. Liner is already pulling out at the corners again before the end of one summer season.

It was going to be a long wait for any of the companies I called to come and estimate the repairs. But these men came by within a few days and said the liner was old and hadn't gone to back to its shape (or had stretched) . They also left me with a quote for a new liner but stated the vinyl was probably not going to do well with a wrinkle repair. They charged me nothing for their time and opinion. One of them stated if you can deal with the ugly wrinkle, I'd leave it until you can replace it. I appreciated the honesty and the fact he didn't try to sell me his services.

He replaced our original pool liner which he didn't install but was able to work with the company and the ins and outs of the warranty to get us a prorated cost on the liner. we have used him for other repairs and most recently for a new liner and repair of the 28 year old bottom. His price was reasonable and the results were quality. I highly recommend Aqua Dynamics and friends I have recommended to him have had positive experiences as well.

I went with them because the guy that came out to take measurements told me they would replace all…read moreof the fixtures and our pool light, that hadn't worked since the previous liner was installed. They were more expensive, but was recommended by someone who repaired our liner and they made a good first impression. However, it went downhill from there. They never called to let us know when they were coming out. They would just show up at the house. I told them several times that we needed advance notification to make sure somebody was home, but they would just show up. They said the pool flooring all needed resurfaced, which I didn't feel it really did. There were just a few spots that needed patched. When they finished resurfacing the floor, it was rougher than it was before they started. The five minutes that Ashley was here, I asked about the pool light because nobody had done anything with it yet, even though I asked for it to be added onto the paperwork several times. He had me pull one up online and said the cost would be within $100 of that price. However, it was about $500 over that price that we saw online. Their communication was very unprofessional, and the pricing was double what the original contract stated. I would definitely not recommend this company. They're not trustworthy.

I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. I hired this company to come out…read morebecause my pool liner was pulling away from the wall in a few areas, and while he was here I also had him install liner lock. During the job, he dropped his scissors and punctured my pool liner. He patched the hole, but my liner now has a permanent patch because of damage that occurred while he was working on my pool. What bothered me even more was how the situation was handled afterward. I had been quoted $500 for the job, yet I received an invoice for $515 with no initial discount or adjustment whatsoever for the damage to my liner. When I called to discuss it, he genuinely seemed shocked that I would expect any sort of discount and felt I should still pay the full amount. I made it very clear that I was NOT expecting the job to be free. I simply felt that when a company damages a customer's property while performing a service, some reasonable compensation or adjustment should be made. After our conversation, he eventually offered 10% off the $515 invoice. Considering that I now have a hole and patch in a pool liner that did not have one before he arrived, I found that response incredibly disappointing. Accidents happen. I understand that. My issue is not simply that the scissors were dropped- it's how the company handled it afterward. Taking responsibility for damage to a customer's property and making a genuine effort to make it right is part of good customer service. Between being invoiced for more than the $500 I was quoted, initially being expected to pay the full amount despite the damage, and then having my concern treated as unreasonable, the entire situation felt very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Very reasonable price for the quality cover and install. I recently opened for the season, and I am very pleased with the lack of effort it takes to clean and ready the pool. I only had to do one sweep of the sides and bottom, put in the vacuum and let it do its thing. Two jugs of chlorine and 4 lbs. of stabilizer. Salt and all other levels were perfect. Thanks again Mike and crew!
