NIck was busy with multiple pools and we were not in a rush. The only thing that I asked was that he put in a pool that he would be proud of in his own back yard. This was a huge deal for my family. Construction on the pool began in November (4 months later) as I stated we were in no rush. I personally liked Nick but I am giving a straight up honest review. The pool wasn't technically finished until September. We had asked Nick to take a look throughout the process at the construction of the pool as we immediately had concerns about the liner that was installed. The liner was excessively wrinkled through out and certainly not squared or butted up properly on the steps. We have already had to have a hole patched. We asked for nothing free and asked for no special treatment. Nick explained to us that we would be receiving a new liner for the pool. But that has never happened. Against our better judgement we gave him part of his final payment because he needed the money to finish our pavers. He expressed his frustration multiple times that the cost of materials had gone up and that he was doing our pool for nothing at this point. I realize that costs may have gone up but it was not my request or desire for it to take a year to install the pool!!! He asked for the remainder of the final payment, we said that we would cut him the check when the liner was replaced and the construction/yard waste was removed and we were trained on the pool and the pump/filter control system. Needless to say we have not heard from him since. My wife and I are currently putting money aside so that we can call another company to come out and assess and repair what needs to be fixed and corrected. Nick runs a small business and he is a great sales man but he did not spend enough time on the job supervising the installation of the pool and because of that it was shoddy work at best. Had there been earnest and honest concern by them about the quality of their work I would have done more business with him on the additional pavers we decided to do as well as other upgrades. I have waited two months to write this review as I was hopeful he would follow thru with his promises.....but he didn't.

I called about the deposit and was told it would be issued via check. Over a month later, still no deposit, called for the 2nd time after a month and was met with rude and combative behavior by their clerk Ashley. Wasted enough time with these clowns, handing the matter over to the contractor board, possibly small claims court to follow.
