In fact, as we walked inside towards the back, my son got upset because he saw that the line was super long. After a verbal battle and 30 minutes of searching we took our shoes upfront to purchase and the line went down considerably. We did ask for help when we couldn't find a size we needed and one of the employees were super kind and helpful. The young man at the counter was super helpful trying to get me signed up for rewards to save myself 15% but it didn't work. No worries. Their prices were very reasonable. read more

What a nice store. They have clothing along with a pretty good selection of shoes. They have a big selection of clearance but I did not think the prices were very good for an outlet. The other thing is there is no bathroom. We got stuck in there during a really bad thunder and lightening storm and my niece had to use the restroom so we had to get soaking wet to leave to use a restroom. They are busy busy busy. I never got much interaction with the staff because they are super busy. I love dropping in just to see if I can find something I like. read more

I stopped by on Halloween 2020 on the way to meeting some friends for a late lunch. With COVID in full effect, this Nike store was all about social distancing. There was a wait to just enter the store, complete with a roped off section to form a line, like we're waiting to get in the club. I waited roughly 5 minutes before I was allowed in. Even though retail stores must limit capacity, and this location wasn't at capacity, the Nike Store still had a lot of people inside. The good thing, though, was that everyone I saw wore a mask - both employees and customers. Upon entering, I went straight into the checkout line so I could return a pair a shoes I bought online. I didn't wait long to get to the front of the line - maybe 5 minutes, tops. The lady who helped me was friendly and informative. She walked me through a part of the return process I wasn't familiar with - I needed to show her a code on the Nike app since this was an online purchase. Her instructions were easy to follow & I was able to locate the code and other info she needed to complete the return. The transaction was done in no time and I was out the door soon afterwards. Just a note - be mindful of who's around you. A few people, especially when in line, stand within 6 ft. Either they're not paying attention or simply don't care, but I get a little freaked out nowadays when anyone is too close. Here we are in the midst of COVID, where in the State of Virginia the numbers are still growing rapidly with positive cases, Nike is being compliant by mandating and enforcing that worker & patrons wear mask, yet they are not mandating that people wear socks to try on sneakers. Really? Sneaky, smelly, funky feet are something to take into consideration shrike trying to get a hold on this Pandemic. The line is long to get in (understandable!), the lines are long to check out (understandable!), they wipe down the counter after every customer (understandable! & Live It!); but to allow sneakers to be tried on without those ugly, bulky white socks ( I had to ask for a pair. Hey Nike, can you hear me? In the midst of the Pandemic make people wear those socks. It should be a required just like face mask. read more

Normally preferring a different brand of exercise clothing, I had previously passed by the Nike Store when I shopped at Norfolk Premium Outlets. That was a mistake. After not finding the Yoga pants I wanted at my preferred store, I decided to try Nike. Good move! Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, they were on sale at 50% off. Wow!! There were sales all through the portion of the store I decided to explore. I was so excited to fInd the High Rise Yoga pants in the colors and size I wanted that I never looked at the price. The $29 that rang up at the counter sounded great and I took home a pair in black, navy and grey. It wasn't until I tried on a pair at home that I looked at the price tag. The list price was $75. The factory store price was $57.99. I received 50% off the lower price. Whoa.... That's a great deal!! My shopping was on a Sunday, I wore the Yoga pants for the first time at a class on Wednesday and they felt great!! So my next thought was to buy more. I returned to the Nike Factory Store before dinner that night. Walking in, I felt like I was in a different store. Where had the Yoga pants gone? Spotting an associate I said "Everything has moved." Her reply was "It always does." She pointed me to the Yoga pants and I immediately saw that they were no longer on sale. She then filled me in on their sales and how and when to shop. I learned that the sale items change each week, on either Monday or Tuesday. So a smart plan is to visit the store once a week. Thank goodness I live close. It's really easy to find the store. Park in the lot at the back of Norfolk Premium Outlets. Walk the short distance to the first center courtyard you come to. You'll see the Nike Store immediately to the left. The store is clean and welcoming. There is enough space between the displays so as not to feel crowded or claustrophobic. I'm not certain about fitting rooms as my tendency is always to buy my usual size without trying it on. Being a quickly in and out shopper, I usually single mindedly head to the item I am shopping for and ignore the rest of the store. So I can't speak to the items that are in the back half of the store. They weren't on my radar either day. On my first visit the checkout associate wasn't very friendly, even though I tried to make him smile. The second visit was just the opposite. I like the Nike Store. Maybe I'll even explore all of it. read more

If you like the brand, you'll flock to this store. Swoosh endowed clothing, shoes and accessories for the entire family at discounted prices means rarely seeing this place not busy. Like today's Friday pm after Christmas 20% off everything promo, there's always a sale happening; sales may be limited to a designated clearance wall or section. Despite needing popular sizes, my wife and I can always find shoes/gear that we like at value prices; she scored running shoes tonight for $24. Youth deals can be found on clothing but shoes are challenging; little kid sizes abound but stylish 2-5 big kid shoes at decent prices are rare! Youngest son found sz 1 high tops for $32. This store is so-so clean considering the high "foot traffic" (pun intended). To us, half of the employees are engaging and helpful. Be prepared for longer lines on weekends and during seasonal shopping times. PRO TIP: download the Nike app and register for an account to obtain further promos useful for in-store/online. read more

A well deserved update and upgrade after a poor first experience when they first opened. Today my son needed shoes, shorts and shirts. There were a lot of sales going on and that's already on top of discounted outlet pricing. The store was neat in appearance and busy on a Saturday afternoon. My son went off on his own to browse. I did the same in a different direction and was asked if I needed help. This is what did not occur on my first visit. My son also had questions for nearby staff. This was also an issue the last visit. There were lots of employees every where, each were working and assisting customers. We asked some items be held behind the counter. They gladly accommodated the request. The fitting room was used a few times, well controlled and clean. The staff in this area meh, but did there job. The items held were retrieved. Checkout was efficient and the female staff friendly. Keep in mind active/retired military receive 10% off. The clerk failed to ask. After over a year absence I will return sooner. A 3.5 seems to be a perfect fit and rounding up. read more

To no surprise during holiday season, busy busy! I love Nike is located right near the parking lot for easy access even though there's typically a line to get into the store. Glad precautions are being taken seriously. Kind employees that assist all throughout the store & whenever the line gets too long, they are quick to make sure to open a register. Not an overwhelming amount of selections, but there is a nice selection of clearance shoes. read more

Nike Outlet is usually a hit or miss for me. The selection in shoes for toddlers is very, very limited. You're better off going to footlocker or something else but you'd think with this being the Nike factory store, there'd be more to choose from. The store is well organized, bright, and easy to shop. The staff here is pretty friendly and helpful but I'd really like to see more of a selection for kids shoes and apparel. read more

Right when I walked in they asked how they could help. I came to buy sneakers, but forgot to bring socks. I was going to buy some, but the woman working told me they had socks I could wear just to try on shoes, which was awesome! They had a huge selection and the prices were good. This store is clean and spacious and is located in a high traffic location of the Outlet mall. The prices dont seem to align with other Outlet shoe stores in the mall they are a little higher in price. The inventory for larger shoe sizes is very slim. Overall this store is average at best. read more

12/30/18: The store was packed, but I was in need of some new workout shoes. They had a few pair I liked (6 pair actually - lol), so I bought them for really reasonable prices. I was pretty excited to check out the new Nike Factory Store. I used to frequent one in Paramus NJ and always got some really great deals and found exclusive and rare sneakers. I needed some new sneakers for my son and decided to come here during my lunch break rather than my normal go to stores at the mall. I visited on a Tuesday afternoon. Parking was pretty easy to find and the signs to show where the Nike store made it pretty easy to find. When I walked into the store it was very clean and organized and there were plenty of employees at the cash wrap area as well as employees walking the floor assisting customers. Now the reason for the 3 stars. Price. The pricing in this "factory store" was insane. The stickers that were on the sneakers even some in the clearance section were the same price as the suggested retail price. The purpose of outlets is to get a break off the suggested retail pricing. My son wears a size 13 in little kids and it was difficult to find any nice sneakers under $40. If I go onto the sale section of Foot Locker, Finish Line or even Jimmy Jazz I can find way better deals on that size Nike sneakers. I have visited many Nike Factory stores and these were some of the highest prices that I have come across. I glanced at some women's running tights that were 50% off but the retail price was $77 so I knew at that moment this store would not be a place that I would return unless I am in the area. read more

They had 30% off when we came, you cant combine discounts so military didnt add 10% more like most of the other outlet stores we visited. I never got the name of the girl who helped me, but she was a super sweet girl at the register with very short hair and had the best personality! She went through all the motions of making sure I got exactly what I needed, and price checked me as well so that I did not have to overpay. I went into the store looking for running shoes. As a beginner, I really didn't know what to look for in a running shoe and was feeling a little overwhelmed with all the choices. Aaron, a store employee, asked if I needed help. When I explained what I needed in a shoe he took his time and showed me a few options with different price ranges. He also explained what he looks for in his running shoes and included examples from personal experience. I came into town to grab shoes because my pair is worn out. The outlets were pretty empty since it was rainy and cold which worked in my favor. That being said, I wasn't competing with anyone to look for shoes really. This could be a small pet peeve but I hate going to a store and looking like you're pretty lost only for people to still not at least offer up help. Remember, it was raining so it wasn't the normal hustle and bustle of employees having to run around helping people and exchanging shoes. Just had the absolute rudest encounter with an employee (Anteka). Never knew someone could ring someone out with there back to the customer and when I politely asked if she could double check the tag since it rung up wrong she snapped.
