I will start by saying this if I could give Olesya a store manager 0 stars I would. How she treated us was uncalled for.. Seems like ither complains were amde against her as well so we are not the first once. Coming into the store for warranty exchange was a huge mistake. She questioned us and called us liers, at the end of the whole thing she cancelled our phone that was reciebed in their store for warranty exchange. Yes my husband was irrate on hiw she treated us and being without working phone for 4 days he walked pissed off at her as she cancelled the order and wouldn't do warranty exchange. Then i walked out of the store, and went back in few minutes to try talking to her nicely. Well it ended up being her telling me i am not welcome to the store and to get out. I called customer service and I made sure I had my phone on speaker when i went back in... They heard everything and how she was treating me and they agreed she was rude and then some. I filed complaint against her through tmobile customer service as well as through Assurant company. I come from working in customer service snd that is not how you treat your customers who have been with tmobile for almost 10 years now. This time this Russian or Ukrainian lady Olesya its not going to get away how she treated us, nor should she be working in customer service there was a younger guy with her as well. This happened couple days ago and I do not recommend this store to anyone please go to Tmobile experience store where they will treat you like a human. Worst customer service I ever received from a human in a long time. Beware, the store manager w curly hair likes to add trackers/devices to your "bundle" promo claiming they're free, but hides the fact you'll pay a monthly subscription for them. When I went to the store again to ask that the tracker lines be removed from my account, they said I needed to contact customer service. T-Mobile's phone customer service assured me that the tracker lines did not decrease my monthly payment on the phones at all. I was not interested in trackers, and to me the entire experience reeked of shady sales tactics. T-Mobile almost lost a customer because a sales person wanted a $6 commission on 2 trackers (so they told me yesterday). Learn this lesson, kids, it's simply not worth it. read more

It was a worst experience I ever had in this location 2sdx. I went there to get the 4 lines for $100 one with iPhone 17 however I was surprised upon my turn when I asked the girl working there who said I never heard you can get these 4 lines in $100 she had no experience or knowledge. She said I will double check with my manager & later said yes I can get those lines. I was little confused to either get iPhone 17 or ProMax. She said you can exchange within two weeks with no extra charge. After two days when I got these phones in the mail, I took them back to the store to exchange however the manager Kody Harrell was so unprofessional & rude & said we will charge restocking fee which is $70 per device. I told him to call that girl who said free of charge but he said I don't care if she does not have the right knowledge. I left the all phones there saying I don't want anything from your store want to cancel everything however he was very rude said he will still charge those fee & later he charged my account for returning the devices. I will not recommend that store 2SDX on Everett Mall Way due to their bad behavior & lack of knowledge. First he said, he is the manager but I asked for the business card he handed me Experience Assistant manager card & I am not sure whether he is the manager. Today, I had the *single worst* retail experience of my life--and coming from a store manager myself, that's really saying something. My husband and I were straight-up *scammed* by two shameless employees, Shawn and another liar who were clearly just desperate for a commission. They convinced us to sign up for a nonexistent promotion just to pad their paychecks with no regard for honesty or integrity. When we went back to confront them and speak to the so-called "store manager," Olesya, it somehow got worse. Even after Shawn admitted, right in front of her, that he had lied to us, she had the audacity to shrug her shoulders, look us dead in the face, and say she wouldn't do *anything* about it. I cannot believe the sheer nerve of this woman--to stand there while her employee confesses to screwing over customers and do absolutely nothing. She's either completely incompetent or just as deceitful as her staff. This store is nothing short of a disgrace. It's disgusting that in times like these, where every penny counts, people like this are out there trying to *steal* from hardworking families just to make a quick buck. Olesya and Shawn are *terrible human beings*, and I'll make it my mission to let everyone know not to waste their time or money here. No one deserves to be treated this way. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. Their "assistant manager" Shawn is nothing more than a scumbag used car salesman in T Mobile attire. He is beyond pushy and rude, condescending and if you deny any of his attempted unsells he becomes incredibly rude and will ignore your or drag the process out. I was already so frustrated with everything that had taken place over customer service at another store as well as on the phone with support. This specific store was not helpful at all. I came in to get a phone replacement as well as info about unlocking a phone. I was sent all over the place by a guy who claimed to be the manager. When I went in the store come to find out they actually do not have a manager at that store until Wed. The employee lied. Along with not seeming enthusiastic about helping a customer both employees seemed inebriated (HIGH) along with the whole store smelling of marijuana. I usually do not care but the unprofessionalism in the workplace needs to be fixed otherwise these guys need to go flip some burgers. I hardly ever go into T-mobile locations unless I really need something or serious help and I've always had great experiences with T-Mobile however when I went in yesterday I received exceptional customer service! It was a smooth and easy process. That had a great selection of accessories and they were quick to answer any of my questions! Highly recommend coming to this location. read more

I waited about three minutes while they talked about how their son broke up with a girl and then moved to Arizona and blah blah blah. Meanwhile I just stood around waiting for service. I don't blame the staff for not caring, they don't get paid enough money to care about their jobs. I blame management for not creating a work environment where employees care about their work. If you like abysmal data service (my phone never worked in large parts of downtown Seattle), rude representatives, 1.5 hour hold times if you need to talk to a person (like if they lock you out of your online account for no reason), and incorrect bills that require talking to a rep on the phone to resolve - then t mobile is for you! I'm sure they are even worse now since they merged with sprint. I'm with AT and T now and get service way out in the boonies, a lower bill and free HBO. Tmobile sucks! read more

Finally set up an appointment with Henry for the next day at 2:00. Next day ...no Henry. Asked for manager and got Brooklyn. She admitted she was the one I'd talked to, She'd forgotten what day it was and he had the day off. I told her I had planned my entire day around this appointment and her reply was that it was just a "little mistake and everybody makes them". Don't recall her ever apologizing. Tone was snippy and verging thinly on arrogant. I suspect her "I don't give a &$#%" attitude pervades the staff and is why that store has such poor reviews. read more

I only chose 1 star because 0 stars weren't an option! Today my sister and I visited this location due to an error on her bill. Once she asked the employee named Jay for help immediately he seemed uninterested and even a bit aggressive in the way he spoke to her and handled the situation. Not only did he claim that helping her lower her bill by calling the number she was given would somehow come out of his pocket he straight up refused to call claiming he didn't have to do anything for her! I am shocked and appalled at his behavior and if this is the person representing your company I think you need to either retrain him or replace him because his actions were disgusting and honestly were considering switching phone companies due to his unnecessary abuse. Went in to the store as I had dropped my phone and totally bashed the front screen. The girl was very helpful and offered me multiple options. She didn't try to push sales when I told her no. She got me a better deal than my insurance claim would have been and was very informed about the new phones. I would recommend this location highly. The atmosphere was pleasant. The music in the store was set at an appropriate volume and the store was pleasantly heated. My contacts and files were easily transferred in the store to my new phone and I got a great deal! The most dysfunctional corporate retail store I have ever been to. I refuse to ever go again and advise everyone to avoid it. Below is my conversation with T-Mobile internet support about my experience with this excuse for a cell phone store. ************************************************* I will never go to that store again. Ever. The level of Unprofessionalism was terrible. The manager didn't help when short staffed. The staff didn't know how to activate the phone. They cursed in front of the customers, it was a long terrible experience that in the end, I ended up restoring my own phone. What do I do about them returning my old phone? They still have it (over a week) They need to return it to you Why can't The evergreen way store just get it together and Return the phone ? Why do you need to inconvenience me even more? I never want to go back there. The store was barely able to transfer me to the new phone. They still have the old phone and didn't wipe it properly. They are calling me now a week later stating they want my password. They called all the lines on my account and I'm so upset with them, I don't want to see them. Can't they just delete the data and send the phone back to warranty !?? No one in that store seems to know what to do Yes. I told them, all they need to do is wipe the phone and send it back. They should be able to wipe the phone through iTunes or google how to. Instead they called my mother, my boyfriend in Spain asking them for my iCloud password. The store rep told he needed the password to wipe the phone because he iCloud locked my phone possibly. I did not feel comfortable giving that isn't the phone nor appreciate that he would ask my family anything regarding my account. This kid couldn't remove the SIM card when the other associate asked him to, he just complained about having to stay there and then they continued to complain about the manager more during my two hour ordeal of them totally fucking up my phone. My phone doesn't have the music it did on it, I had to restore everything and it took another entire day of my life. I thought that two hours in the store was bad enough. If this is how T-Mobile runs its corporate stores, Verizon becomes worth the extra cost in every Arena. I've had wireless service and worked for two of them for a couple of years. 2 months ago I went into the store because I was interested in getting a new phone and a new plan. The young girl who was supposed to be helping me, was basically too busy talking to her co-workers and friends, to pay attention to what I was telling her about my needs and what I was looking for. I told her multiple times exactly what I was looking for, and what phone I was wanting and what plan I would need. Instead she kept telling me prices for different plans with different phones. On top of that, in order for her to give me quotes for the plan and the phone, I had to give her some of my info, and she had to take a photocopy of my driver's license. Fine, whatever. I ended up leaving the store empty handed and not getting a plan or phone thru them. But now, 2 months later, I receive a bill from a collection agency saying I owe T-Mobile $170!! For what, exactly?! Their shitty customer service?! The quote they gave me (which was no where close to what was advertised)?! So in order to get this off my credit, I have to go back in there and have them provide me documents saying I authorized a plan with them! And only if they can't, will T-mobile remove the $170 and close my account that I never even opened or even authorized to open!! read more

Long story short: I went in to buy an iPhone 6 12GB outright but was talked into a payment plan. After 1 1/2 hours in the store with accessories picked out (part of the deal she was offering), the sales girl (a young asian woman with short hair) exclaims "Oh, this sale expired yesterday." I left the store 1 1/2 hours later with no phone. Even WORSE, she had moved my account from a 2GB $50.00 per month plan to a 1GB $50.00 per month plan WITHOUT TELLING ME (she told me she moved my account to a postpaid but that I had always had 1GB of data - FALSE!). Anyways, I called t-mobile customer service and they were all sort of messed up. Here are some of their snafu's: - Wanted to create a NEW prepaid account that is $50.00 and 1GB of data in the name of "restoring my old account". - Told me I always had 1GB of data and they were looking at my old account (I proved she was not event looking at my old account because she couldn't verify my pin!) - Forwarded me 3 times to the wrong department. - Wanted to just create a new account and erase all of my previous history of on time payments (the thing that qualified me for the expired deal in the first place) but claiming they were "restoring" my old account. We all bash cell phone companies, and usually they deserve it. Recently I did just that to T-Mobile. I went to Vancouver BC for just 2 nights and their coverage map showed I would be fine. When I got back, they had charged $1,200 for data roaming. Here's the cool thing: the local T-Mobile store made a call to secret number and put me on the line with the for-real back office people who can fix stuff. End result: the roaming charges were reversed. T-Mobile kept me & my 3 lines as a customer. Moral of this story: the computer billing algorithms are evil. But the employees know that. Plus they know how to tell the computer to shut up. Don't bother with the 1-800 number. Go in person to your local store and they will hook you up. read more

Went in once and there was one person on the floor helping someone, the customer said we are going to be a minute go ahead and help them (me and my gf) who were just paying a bill. The employee (can't remember her name but she had some arrow tattoo) said no its okay they can wait. So we left and went to the one next to the mall. Also the numbers I was told for my bill by Sebastian? Were wayyyyyyyyyyyyy off. Along with different things on multiple occasions.
