We bought multiple pieces and they even resized them for us on the spot. While we were there, I asked about jewelry repairs and they said they can also help! So I came back today to get my wedding set resized because I lost a lot of weight recently (thanks ozempic!) and I am just so happy with the finished product. I was advised to actually not resize the ring as it could impact my setting, so they gave me another solution to add some "resizing beads" on the inside of the ring. It really did the trick and it was finished really well. They even buffed out/ polished some scratches I had on the outside of my band, too! I am really impressed with the quality of the jewelry and the integrity of the shop. I'll continue to come here for any repairs I need, or on fun shopping days when I'm looking for something new!

I kept asking if he could simply tell me what the stones were or give me some information about the pieces because that was why I came in. He just kept responding with some version of, "Well, it's not worth anything." I KNOW. That was not what I was asking. Instead, it felt like he was only interested in quickly going through everything to see whether there was money to be made. When she came home, she told me about this little shop on 5th with this really nice fellow that KNOWS ALOT about gems and such. He did give her an estimate of the repair and explained the issues clearly. I then decided to up the anty and surprise her with a bigger diamond, so I snuck down and met with Brent. He showed me three different options and clearly explained the different grades, handing out a very gentle re-education to loose stones.
