Large diamond with a triangle of the three diamonds below it, and then a ring of diamonds to create pear shape.

Go Here! Jewelers Choice sets the standard for Excellence. Had to get that out of the way before I begin our personal story. I brought Mike and Jeff a single diamond wedding ring that my grandmother had left me when she passed away and presented them with a challenge. We asked them to create a design in a new band that would take the lone stone and add an array of small diamonds around it in order the create the illusion of a pear-shaped engagement ring. They took the Challenge Head on! The price wasn't quoted until the second or third visit for us because Mike and Jeff wanted to make sure we liked the design before they gave us a price. Once they did, it was based off metal and diamond prices from that day's current rate and it never changed. For the amount of care and attention to detail these guys have, I consider the price we paid for this one of a kind custom ring to be a STEAL! They included us in every step of the process, presenting us with computer generated designs which then progressed to 3d printed models of the ring, perfectly sized for my fiancé to try on I might add. It is this level of care and customer focus that sets these gentlemen apart. You will love the experience you have with Jewelers Choice. These guys have a customer for life in Us. -Broc and Taylor

Great customer service! The whole family is knowledgeable, they truly have made me and my fiancé very happy. This place will seriously win you over. This shop will be our go to Jewelry Store. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from this place and the whole process was perfect ! Thank

About 2 score ago I proposed to my now beloved fiancé. When I presented her with the ring made by the 3 very talented and knowledgeable gentlemen at Jewelers Choice, the look in her eye was nothing I had ever seen. Michael, Jeff, and Dave were welcoming from the get go. I started out 3 months before, where we designed a ring from imagination and the artistic eye displayed was second to none! I can't imagine ever going to a big corporate jeweler for any jewelry ever. You can't get the quality and and price anywhere else. I am desperately searching for reasons to work with them again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! I can't write enough good things about these gentlemen and their business. Knowledge, professionalism, creativity, and comfort are the 4 words I would choose if asked to condense this review. Thank you again guys!!

My husband and I discovered Jewelers Choice after several disappointing encounters at some of the larger jewelry chain stores. We wanted to have our wedding bands created with her own unique design. Jewelers Choice took the time to treat us and our ideas seriously. From the first day we walked into the door they set out to please us and create the most awesome and beautiful Dragonfly wedding bands we could have ever imagined. They sent us step by step drafts and photos of our rings in the process of being created. Also, the process was done in a very timely manner! We were so delighted! Our Rings turned out magnificent ....absolutely perfect!! We highly recommend Jewelers Choice... Awesome experience with great friendly service and conversation. :) Thank you again! We love our wedding bands! Cheryl and Christo Free

Best customer service you could ask for! My fiancée went to several jewelers and this was the first and only one that listened. They made suggestions based on their professional experience and took into account everything he wanted for the ring; the result was a beautiful ring and a very happy bride to be. So blessed in so many ways. Will definitely be using them again and referring all my friends and family their way. Thank you!

My son had a custom wedding ring set made. It turned out 100% better than we expected. They're completely family owned and their prices were very fair considering their work is all custom. No regrets and I wholeheartedly recommend!!

Outstanding, honest, family managed business. They fixed my poorly designed wedding ring, and charged less than most jewelers.

I said that seemed low. He told me most of everything was 10k. I said that I wanted to go to other places to compare prices. He suddenly went up to 11k and started pressuring me to take the offer and said if I leaved, his price would go down. He started saying "do you want a check?". I felt very uncomfortable and left. I went directly to Seattle Gold. They tested everything and said almost all of it was 14k and even 18k. They gave me 12k. This owner is a conman. He thought he could get away with 8k on jewelry that was worth 12k. BEWARE!!!!

I said I couldn't go over $175 so we probably wouldnt find a compromise...but then he said "sold." I was surprised: those tiny garnets were priced ridiculously high, but he suddenly accepted about 30% of that price. I told him I needed to go get the cash, and that really seemed to piss him off. (Who doesnt like being paid in cash?) He scolded me like a kid and told me not to make an offer if I couldn't buy it right then and there. I explained to him that it would take 20 minutes to get the cash and I would be right back, and he said OK, but he was completely rude from then on and didn't try to hide it. If I'm buying jewelry, I don't like buying from people like this guy. Its an investment and there should be trust, which is why its nice to build a good relationship with your seller. I got the cash and returned to the store -- looking for my earrings. But they were GONE! He had packed them up in a box to move somewhere, even though they don't close for another three hours, and even though he KNEW I was coming back for THOSE earrings. I had even specifically confirmed that he would give them to me for that price when I returned. Nope! Wouldn't even let me buy them. That was the only display box that he packed up. There's more. His wife is very nice, but as she showed me a necklace, he scolded me as if I were stealing. I said thanks and got the heck out. Bad vibes, bad customer service. Bottom line, I'm never coming back here. I buy jewelry from people I trust to be transparent, respectful, and who don't force a decision in 30 seconds or less. It's one thing if you're not really buying anything, but I was there to buy. If you're buying pawned jewelry, you need time to examine it, otherwise you'll probably end up spending too much on a synthetic gem. If you're looking for a wonderful, FRIENDLY jewelry pawn shop with equally high-end merchandise at better prices, run by a VERY nice family, go to Onix Jewelry instead. In fact, I went there after I left Aboud Jewelry and bought 18k gold studs with natural blue sapphire....for $100!!! Tony at Onix is always happy to negotiate. Also, it's 2 minutes away from Aboud Jewelry. Spend your money there and get more value and nicer service.

The first couple times I turned down this road, I was certain the directions were wrong, because it looks so residential. But never fear. There's even parking, usually. Mr Park has a small shop with a few display cases showing off rings, bracelets, and other jewelry. Lots of sparkles. There are a few old-fashioned mantle clocks (I have kind of a thing for these), and a few miscellaneous other decorative items. Signs say he buys gold. He sits at a workbench behind the cases, and seems to do a steady business in watch and clock repair. I brought in a new watch I'd gotten for Christmas that needed links added to the band. Off-the-shelf watches are always too small for my meathead wrists. He didn't happen to stock extra links, but I got a few from the customer service department of the watch manufacturer. He got right to work the second I came in, and tapped it all together while I sat in his one chair. $10 to take a watch I couldn't even fit over my hand and turn it into something I can wear comfortably whenever I want. It took him maybe 5 minutes. Mr Park isn't the chattiest person you've ever met. He didn't even shoot the breeze with me at all until he was ringing me out. But he's a friendly, nice guy once the work is done. Watch and clock people always seem to be hyper-focused, from what little I know. Given how much more he smiled after tuning up my watchband, I think that might be his vibe. I have a mantle clock that doesn't always run and I think I might be back here to tune that up when I think of it.

Saying I was happy with the option to use a clasp as opposed to a weld shows the lack of awareness. I was not thrilled but had promised my 8 year old and drove 30 min for the appointment so felt stuck. Very quickly after I initially contacted you with concerns, my daughter's bracelet fell off and was unfortunately lost. You offered to re-weld mine but about a week later prior to being able to even consider making arrangements to come back for a re-weld mine also fell off and I've been unable to locate it. The reason for this review now is because Yelp suggested your establishment, and yes I would still be bothered when I spent $100 on now missing jewelry shortly after purchase. I've since had a new one placed on myself without ANY issues. It's welded very strongly. And I got my daughter a bracelet with a clasp that is age appropriate and it's remained on through school, sports and normal 8 year old activities without issue. Sorry to upset you with factual details of your products and services. Your clasp was obviously subpar as was your welding skills. Why would I come back to have you weld it again when your welding abilities didn't last even a month? I suggest kindly touching grass. Original review: Got a "permanent" bracelet that fell off within the month. Should have just ordered a bracelet elsewhere. They clearly don't know how to weld correctly. Their customer service needs work as well.

And I wear it regularly and really enjoy it and enjoy the memory of where it came from.

Unfortunately, they completely botched the job by cutting both the strap and the wire that connects it. I truly thought the watch was ruined and had pretty much given up hope. I could have taken it back to Louis Vuitton to have it repaired but I was sure it would have cost me hundreds of dollars to do so. Thankfully, I decided to bring it to Seattle Fine Jewelry for a second opinion. The owner, Ramir, his son Jordan, and their staff member Kaitlyn were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and completely transparent about the repair process. Not only were they able to fix my watch, but the turnaround time was surprisingly quick. I also had my favorite diamond ring cleaned ("The Manicure" treatment) and wow, the results were remarkable. It came back incredibly sparkly and shiny, like it had been brought back to life. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. Everyone was professional yet fun and welcoming, which made the entire experience enjoyable instead of stressful. Their prices are reasonable, parking is easy right up front, and the quality of service is top-notch. It's rare to find a business that combines skill, honesty, and genuine customer care like this. Jonathan was such a pleasure to work with - I was looking for a diamond with strong hearts and arrows and very specific specs and he sourced the perfect diamond for me! I felt that he listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He offered his expert opinion but also ensured that my vision was coming through in the end. I even had a moment of cold feet and wanted to make changes and he was super accommodating through that process, even though I ended up changing my mind and keeping the ring as is. BEWARE: DO NOT SELL ITEMS TO THIS STORE!! They engage in self-serving business practices, are…read moredishonest, misrepresent information, and do not stand by their commitments. On 6/20/25, my daughter and I visited Marci Jewelry with a diamond ring we wanted to sell. We were introduced to their "diamond expert" Jonathan Borghes. He examined the ring (including the estimated size of the center stone and the white gold mounting with several smaller accent diamonds as well as other details regarding the large stone). He offered to pay $5000 ($500 for the mounting & $4500 for the center stone) in the form of a check written immediately. Jonathan went on to tell us he strongly believed he could get more than $4500 by selling the stone to his contacts if we left the stone with him. Of course, we wanted as much money as possible so this seemed like a good approach. During the conversation, we asked multiple times "if it took too long for him to find a buyer, could we request he send a check for the original offer" of $4500?" He assured us each time "oh yes, just call and he would send the $4500 original offer check". Based on Jonathan's confident reassurances and the store's longtime stellar reputation including online reviews, we decided to leave the stone and take the $500 check for the mounting since he had disassembled the ring. He asked me to sign a form he said was simply "my proof/receipt that the stone was left with him". Over the next few weeks, I contacted Jonathan multiple times for an update and each time was told "I need to make a few more calls, just need a little more time". On 7/22/25, I spoke with Jonathan again to ask he send the $4500 original offer check. This is when the situation became a problem and the poor business practices, dishonesty and misrepresentation surfaced. He refused to send a check, now saying the form he had me sign was actually something completely different what he claimed was simply "proof/receipt that we left the stone with him". He now called it a consignment agreement and stated that he wouldn't stand by his original offer of $4500. That in fact he would not pay out anything until he found a buyer. When I recounted our 6/20/25 discussion, he abruptly said he need to speak with store owner and would call me back. Not having gotten a return call, on 7/23/25, my daughter visited the store to get the check in person since I live out of state. Now Jonathan was refusing to acknowledge his agreements from our 6/20/25 conversation, calling it "all a miscommunication". The store owner refused to hold Jonathan accountable to his original offer. We took the stone and will pursue other avenues to sell it. Jonathan blatantly lied and the store owner refused to hold him accountable. We believe Jonathan intentionally misled us during the initial conversation, presented the enticing recommendation of getting even more than his offer of $4500 and then set me up by misrepresenting the nature of the form he had me sign knowing he would have "an out" and wouldn't have to follow through with his original offer. Rather than hold Jonathan accountable to his original agreement, the store owner chose to back his actions, a very poor example of leadership and customer relations.
