The entire experience felt comfortable, even effortless (which anyone planning a wedding knows is not the case much of the time!). Ed responded to our first inquiry promptly and politely. The Cascadia Design Studio website is informative and descriptive, which is excellent. We also felt that we wanted to see various ring styles in person and verify sizing, so we arranged a visit. Ed was very friendly and helpful throughout -- he clearly knows his craft and offered great advice. He also patiently allowed us to try on rings and discuss options. It was extremely useful to us to have the opportunity to do that. We ended up with rings that were different than we had initially imagined, but when we saw them on our hands it was apparent that they were perfect. The online ordering process went smoothly, and the rings were quite a reasonable price for the level of quality. They arrived promptly, packaged nicely. They looked and fit beautifully and were exactly what we wanted. Also since they are titanium we can feel confident that we can wear them for many years without fear of damage.
