When I mentioned that to him, he got an attitude and attempted to gaslight me. What he didn't know is that I had a good idea as to what was wrong, so I bought the gun anyway. He had a nasty attitude the whole time until I gave him the money, then suddenly he learned how to be friendly. They also don't call you when your gun is ready to pick up, they just tell you the date, unlike every other pawn shop. He also got nasty when I tried to make a deal on the gun; it's a pawn shop, they make offers, why shouldn't the buyers make offers? Avoid this place at all costs, even if you know your guns, whatever they have isn't worth putting up with the b*tchy attitude. By the way, I fixed the gun. The mag spring was worn out.

About a week ago I had a firearm shipped to your shop for transfer. Earlier today while I was working out in downtown Edmonds, I received a call from your store letting me know that my firearm had arrived and that I could come in anytime today to start the transfer process. Because I was excited to get the process going (10 day hold) and had been waiting for it to arrive, I actually stopped my workout immediately and drove over. It's about a 30-minute drive for me to get to your shop since I chose your store over others that are closer to me because your transfer pricing is better. However, when I arrived around 1:00 PM, the door was locked with a sign saying "At lunch, be back at 2 PM." What made this frustrating is that the call I received earlier was around 12:30 PM, and at no point during that call was it mentioned that the shop would be closed for an hour shortly after (I told them I'd see them soon today and and they told me "see you in a bit!"). If I had known that the store would be closed until 2:00 PM, I simply would have planned my trip differently or come later in the afternoon. Instead, I ended up driving 30 minutes only to sit in the parking lot for an hour (literally 58minutes) waiting for the store to reopen. Because of the distance, it doesn't make sense for me to drive back home and then return again. I completely understand that staff need lunch breaks, and that's not the issue. The frustration comes from being told I could come "anytime today" without being informed that the shop would actually be closed for a period of time shortly after the call. A simple mention during the call like, "You can come today, but we're stepping out for lunch from 1pm until 2 PM," would have avoided the entire situation and allowed me to plan accordingly. I chose to have the transfer done at your shop even though it's farther away because of the pricing, but in this case the extra time and inconvenience ended up outweighing the savings. I just wanted to share this feedback because better communication could prevent this kind of situation for future customers. I'll will say they are very friendly tho and the process was relatively easy.
