Andrew was the associate handling my issues and he was so very patient after being put on hold several times and transferred to different departments so many times....it was the transaction from hell but he was just so great at dealing with the reps on the phone and with me .....I was there for over 2 hours and the whole time he was just so polite and got the matter settled after all. read more

I would not recommend this place - the service is horrible. Twice I experienced rude attitudes from their reps. When I needed to upgrade my phone, I waited in line only to be told I need to make an appointment even though there were reps standing around. When I showed up ten minutes early before the app time, they still did not take me in, instead they had me wait and wait while taking other customers that came after me. I got very close to just walk out being up against the time - I needed to go to work. Long story short, I will try to avoid these people - they simply don't care. read more

I want to let you know this review is not about the Verizon Wireless retail outlet on Everett Mall Way, it is about Verizon Wireless as a Company. The below is a review after using this service for over 20 years. If there was a half of a star, that is what I would have given them not one full star. In December Verizon had a promotion, buy one get one free on the new iPhone 12 Max. I called in and we discussed the promotion. After a lengthy discussion the Verizon representative stated I could turn in my old iPhone XP and get a credit of $24.17 a month for the next two years - wow, what a great deal! This was to good to be true! I ordered the phones, and went to the Verizon store to pick both phones up. It was days before Christmas and COVID was a huge concern. I pulled up to the store, told them I had two phones to pick up and they handed them to me, I never walked into the store or showed ID or a credit card - two new phones A few days later I received the Verizon envelope in the mail to send in our iPhone to get credit. I have confirmation of the Trade in order and it states that I was to get a credit of $24.17 for 24 months. The credits never appeared, so I called and discussed my issues with Monica Allie Alycia Justin Kathy I was told the credit would appear next month, two credits will appear next month and so on. The Verizon team kept telling me that the credit was in place, I would see them soon. I was even given submission ID numbers to verify. On my April bill (five months later) the credit did not appear on my invoice. I called and spoke with an employee that told me I was not eligible for the credit " you are not able to get the buy one get one free and to turn in your phone for a monthly credit" how in the world would I know that this was not allowed. I discuss this on the phone with the Verizon Wireless representative and it was a done deal. the Manger told me that I signed papererwork, it was a verbal contract, how would I even know that was not allowed? It was a verbal contact made on the phone, I am sorry your customer service representative did not know the rules when she agreed to two new phones and that I could send in the old phone, I did not add something after the sale. My call was then escalated to a "Supervisor" I was told it would appear on the information that you sign when I get the phone - well, If that was part of the original deal HOW WOULD I KNOW IT WAS NOT INCLUDED? I requested my call be escalated to the supervisors manager and she told me that there was no one to contact after her - really, that is how you do business? You have one point of contact and one supervisor? This has been a horrible experience, I would not recommend Verizon to anyone. Could not get Mobile hotspot enabled on a fully-functional, brand new phone, without subscribing BY VOICE to service despite contract stating 15GB Mobile HS data. First phone call to Verizon and guy asks me "to place the phone closer to my face" ... I still get one bar on "new 5G network" HA! The manager insisted if I didn't want to pay $50 restocking fee for $700 phone that is no better than 3G, I had to file a report with Verizon - by voice - claiming low signal. Finally got through to support and they said, "No $50 fee regardless of reason for return." great, back goes the $700 phone that had voice/data performance no better than my old S3. Then trying to add CC for pre-paid wireless, system wants to change your address to something better, OK, then it's back to the previous page for a better address again. Worst. Service. Ever. Don't fall for their, or anybody's, "5G network" claim. Yeah, the network for it is there but the implementation of 5G is years away except for maybe football stadiums, etc. read more

I should have read the other reviews before coming in. To give credit where it's due, I had no issues with waiting or with their covid precautions. Everyone wore masks, and they limited the number of people in the store. I was greeted by the door person and swiftly pointed toward Steve, which is where my issues started. What other reviewers have said about him is true. He's rude and visibly irritated for having to actually answer questions. I've worked customer service jobs in the past, and I can understand the frustration of people asking you the same questions all day. But if one customer annoyed you, don't take it out on the next one. I asked to buy an iPhone 12. He looked annoyed that i had the audacity to not start my sentence with the color and storage. "There's 15 different ones. Which one?!?" I just said the non-pro, non max, and non mini, 64 gb. "Not the pro? You're downgrading if you get this. The display is worse, the camera is worse, and it's not as good quality" I get that you're probably told to upsell expensive phones. But this reveals that Verizon's sales tactics involve relying on customers' ignorance and shaming them for picking one phone over another. The 12 and 12pro have the same processor, both have an oled display, and both have the same battery life. I don't care that it doesn't have a telephoto lens, since it wasn't good to begin with. Any new model will be better than my 2 year old phone. Im not going to be treated like I'm stupid for not wanting to pay $1000 for a phone with the same hardware as a cheaper one. Went in yesterday to see if I could get some help with a warranty replacement phone I had received but would not connect to the network (so I'm already dealing with my second phone in a row giving me issues). Two trips back later and the phone is still useless to me. First time in it worked fine in store and they told me it was an activation problem. So I left only to realize it still wasn't working down the road. Went back in and they replaced the SIM and once again worked fine in store and they sent me on my way. By the time I got out to my car it was back to no service. So I went back in and they said they would have to have another warranty replacement shipped to me... in 2-3 days and I would be SOL on a phone until then. But telling me if I had upgraded my plan they could get it shipped out overnight. They couldn't get me a new replacement from their stock or even offer me something to get me by in the mean time. Through all of this the guy keeps trying to convince me I need to upgrade my plan when all I want is my damn phone to work. As much as I enjoy getting away from my phone to expect a customer who pays a large sum of money for a service to just accept a disruption in it with no offer of compensation seems like poor customer service at the least. read more

So smart, funny helpful and speedy. We were very impressed with her professionalism and fabulous customer service. I had a two-year-old child with me in the stroller. Was refused a service, got permanently kicked out from the store despite my medical conditions. The manager called the police on me and my two-year-old child to be kicked out of the store. The manager escalated the situation to unprofessional levels. Simply careless and I suspect racist/anti-white attitude in the store. I was refused service and got kicked out of the store because I had my mask over my mouth allowing me to breathe through the nose. I was trying to explain my medical condition and special needs to breathe oxygen. I am very sensitive to the depletion of oxygen. I need to breathe oxygen. The manager didn't want to accommodate my needs outside the store. There was no bench or table outside to put my belongings and my hands were full with the large iPad, iPhone, purse, stroller, and a two-year-old baby that was losing her patience. The store manager immediately called the cops on me and kicked me outside with the child. When the cops arrived they told me that the manager is banning me from ever come back to the store and that if I need something then a family member would have to come instead of me. I felt discriminated against, humiliated, and speechless. People use this mask regime to mistreat, attack, and discriminate against other people using "masks" as an excuse. This store have the worst possible service. The first time coming I had to Waite 45 minutes for service. Why? Two representatives was having fun laughing and giggling with a young woman. After a while one representative finally pulled himself away and after looking at my phone, told me that the reason for dropped calls is because I did not clears away recent Apps. I cleared they apps, and he Quickly rushed to join his friend chatting with the woman. Follow up: He was dead wrong. Phone still dropped calls. I returned after talking to a phone rep, who asked me to return to the store and have the rep call her to fix the problem. After returning, the rep said that I would have to call, and she could not. So I did and we given a series of instructions which did not resolve the problem. After two trips to this store and an hour with the Verizon rep, I decided to take my phone to apple. And, when my contract runs out I will be looking for another provider, as these people are not interested in customer service unless you are an attractive lady. After being with Verizon for 18 years, I decided to switch providers when I moved to Washington because the other provider offered free data and I was sick of paying $471-800 a month for Verizon. I paid my bill at the beginning of the month, in cash, in Oregon knowing I was cancelling the service when I moved. When I got to Washington at the end of the month I did terminate my service and switch providers. The next month they still auto debited the $471 from my account. When I called they said they couldn't refund my money, I had to dispute it with my bank, which I did AND received my money back from Verizon. I was also charged $170 to early terminate, no problem. I got another statement for a bill this month and called THREE times to explain to the mental midgets in "customer service" what had happened. They had all failed to document in their notes anything that had happened. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was "on a phone call" and would call me back. Of course, she never did. Today I received a collections notice for the money THEY REFUNDED ME!!!! read more

This Verizon Sucks. Not only is the staff about as competant as brain dead monkey, I am glad I quit them. I renewed my cell phone contract but I wasnt happy with my phone. They have a very liberal return policy, and I returned the phone within hours. I was to get a 100.00 credit on a new phone. Well it was never transfered when I realized I did not like my phone. It took me 6 MONTHS of calling people, going into the store, Calling even more people. It was never straightened out. I cancelled my phone contract, sucked up the charge for it. I've been here about four times in the past year, and have never had a bad experience. I used to go to another one closer to my place, but after struggling to get them to help me out, I decided to drive up towards Everett Mall. Now I go out of my way to visit these guys when I've got a question, because they're honestly really helpful. Just an example? When they saw how much I was paying on my bill, they asked me where I worked. Swung me a 19% discount on the entire thing just because of where I work! They've never been too pushy on the upsell and are really patient. Anyways, there's always going to a be a wait time, and always people who left with their problems unsolved and a bad taste in their mouth, but personally? We had a terrific experience in customer service from Ron at this location. We unexpectedly switched carriers on a date that our provider wasn't able to provide service, and Ron answered our questions by phone before we drove there AND spent about two hours with us seamlessly transferring our files. He showed us some new apps, transferred our old phone lines, and we are even saving money on our monthly bill. Also, the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful! Clean, open store. read more

We asked for a manager he was just as unhelpful as his employee. I left the store turned on phone it did not operate or work and had to drive to another store to get professional help.
