However I called Easy Fix and he came to my place within an hour and fixed my phone right in front of me in about 20-30 minutes. It was super fast, easy, and well-priced as well (half the cost Apple would charge for a screen replacement if they did it). I don't know of any other people who travel for repairs, which was really helpful since I would be scared to drive around without my phone for navigation or if I got lost. Short version: We did not have a good experience with this man and his "business" at all. Long version: We dropped off an old and valuable Panasonic VHS player. He mentioned it may be hard to find parts but he would look and keep in touch. During the drop off he made my mom VERY uncomfortable - talking to her for 10 minutes about how attractive she is. She was alone and very uneasy. He also never mentioned anything about price at the drop off and said he would let us know when it was (or wasn't) fixed. After months of hearing nothing, she reached out and he said he couldn't find the parts but that he would be happy to "recycle" it for us. This item goes for $500, even in a nonworking condition, so we made it clear we would be picking it up. Once again, ZERO talk of price. She goes to pick it up, he says he's requiring $90 cash because he suddenly was able to fix something in it, just not enough to actually have it work. (NEVER any mention of this) Once again, she is very uncomfortable, especially after the previous experience, so we just give him the money so we can leave. But not before he makes an extremely rude comment to me about my looks and again reminding us how valuable our item is. (Funny how he wanted to "recycle it") All in all, this man was extremely unprofessional and made countless extremely inappropriate comments. It is 100% worth finding someone else to repair your item - someone who runs their business with integrity.
