My lesson in Proper Dryer Loading Etiquette came at a price, which was actually affordable. It was only a year or so ago that Drew came to our home to put that very same dryer drum belt back on after it popped off after I turned the drum manually. That was actually Lesson #1 in Proper Dryer Loading Etiquette because who knew that dryer drum belts were such sensitive manufactured parts? As he did that first time, Drew arrived ahead of our appointment time, quickly set to work and rapidly finished the job. And as part of the service, he cleared out the lint trap below the dryer drum. Manning's has been our sole major appliance repair service for a long time. Look at my previous reviews. I mean, REALLY look at them. I've been posting about them since 2015 which is when I started writing reviews on Yelp. We actually first called them about a year or two before that. Drew might do warranty repairs on appliances but if not, well the best thing about a warranty running out is that while you'll have to pay for the service call, you get to entrust your appliance to Drew for an expert repair. In our experience, warranty repair service companies have always been hit and miss. Drew's always dependable and his work is top notch. Do we like spending money on repairs for malfunctioning appliances? Not a chance. Do we enjoy having Manning's Appliance Service as our go-to for making those repairs? You bet.

It is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I left a final message saying it seems like you are screening your calls and not responding to me for what I can only think is you don't want to have to fix the repair you made that did t work. Then my wife started calling again and again... got someone that said they would 'transfer her to accounting' -- HAHA! There is no 'accounting department' - what a scam. I just can't believe you were just so bad at every aspect and interaction. All the calls, the messages unreturned, no confirmation for the visit, the no-call no-show, how easy it was to get a hold of you from a different 503 number, and then the lie about the accounting department. How are you even in business?

They proceeded to not want to fix the dishwasher. They came to fix it from not draining an not cleaning. So there was a little stagnant water in the bottom. Came with the job. Apparently I was expected to take the dishwasher out side an to power wash it an bleach it. Who knew... They they left leaving a unfixed dishwasher an told me to fix it. Then apparently when he thought he was calling his wife in the office it was actually me an he said my home was "unreasonable working conditions and filthy" I have 3 dogs a cat an a 4yr old am I seriously expected to clean to the extent that its clear no one lives in the home to get my dishwasher fixed? The new screen has been fantastic and he even hooked me up with a screen protector I assume for a presumed inconvenience. I'm a patient person who doesn't 100% rely on their phone, so for me the extra time wasn't the end of the world. I'm glad it was made right and no issues after the defective screen was replaced.
