It was 5pm on Saturday when I started calling around to see if anyone could come on Sunday morning. Dimitry picked up immediately, cancelled his Sunday plans and showed up at 9am due to the emergency nature of the issue. Wow! Dimitry is kind, professional and thorough. Once he got the dishwasher out, we saw a rat's nest and chew marks on the power cord and water hose. Due to the fact that the floor was soaked and would need remediation, he was able to move the unit to our porch. He then took the time to diagnose another refrigerator with a plugged drain line and was able to get that cleared out. Will definitely be calling him again with any appliance repair needs, but hopefully not on the weekend next time.

Made an appointment with him for the repair, which he no called/no showed for. I called their main line after the appointment time had passed, to be told that we were not even on the schedule. The technician reached out to say that the "part was delayed"... but apparently notifying us before the appointment was too much work. Said he would be out the next day. He came out, "fixed" the fridge (NOT fixed, no change to the fridge AT ALL) and scratched our wood floors! I asked why he didn't protect the floors when pulling the fridge out and he stated that he "has never needed to before" and tried to claim that the *very new* scratches must have been old. We literally incurred damage having this company into our home. I reached out regarding the floor and the fact that our fridge shows no change after spending hundreds with them... They have not responded to email regarding the floor and have completely blown us off regarding the fridge repair. A complete waste of money that actually left us with more to fix! I had a fantastic experience with this group…read more Firstly, they were very, very thorough when they came over to take a look at my furnace to setup my heat pump and AC. They went through every single vent in the house, inspected every single nook and cranny to determine what would be needed, including the furnace itself. Secondly, they were very patient in revising their estimates several times after every unnecessary question that I asked them with requests for revisions. Thirdly, they came over exactly at the time specified, got to work right away, were very friendly, and didn't ask for anything. They spent a full day, working tirelessly, got the job done, tested it thoroughly, and left only after completing all checks. Their price was very competitive too. All in all a fantastic experience. It is $65 for them to come out and assess the issue, which is waived if you decide to go through with the repair. They are transparent with the quote and will wait for you to approve before work is done. He replaced a few compressor parts and had my fridge working and ready in a jiffy! They have a policy that they require credit card information and they don't mention about it until you part with your address and phone number.
