OC Reliable Repair are really professionals. I couldn't be happier. I called then in Monday at 8am, they said that they would send a technician to check on my fridge and dryer in the afternoon the same day. He was punctual, polite and was able to provide a solution to fict refrigerator. Unfortunately that solution only lasted for 3 weeks, thats was cause by the fact that my refrigerator is too old, so that was not their fault. Rick came again on Saturday. He told me that the compressor is dead and it make no sense to fix it and promised me a FULL REFUND for the parts and labor. I was not expecting that they will stand by the 3 month warranty. Incredible and neighborly service, and it was just a phone call. I was requesting a quote for repair, but mentioned that my washing machine is over 15 years old and the problem is most likely the motor: the washer's error code indicates a drive motor issue and the washer stopped mid-cycle withg a loud grinding noise. I went on to explain I tried cleaning out the hose and restarting the machine, and it would start to fill but then just shut down. I was honestly needing someone who could diagnose without costing me too much and just tell me if I needed to buy new--single parent, self-employed, sick kid, not made of money. :) Reliable called me back within a minute of receiving my online request to tell me that for washers this old, they don't usually do motor repairs because the cost to diagnose and then just get parts would probably out-cost just buying a new one. Didn't even try to sell me on letting them come out and give me a quote. I SO VERY MUCH appreciate them. They saved me money but also so much time--with washers back ordered as they are right now, it'll be several days for the cheapest one to get here as it is.
