Unfortunately, I experienced a Catastrophic Injury and was misdiagnosed at two [2] Washington State Hospitals in Lynnwood and Everett. I was taken by Ambulance after I called 911 to the first Hospital and the ER Doctor and Radiologist informed me I Dislocated my Left Shoulder and suffered a fracture of the Humerus Bone. They did NOT have the appropriate Surgical Room so they transferred me by Ambulance to the LEVEL 2 TRAUMA CENTER in Everett. The ER Doctor and Radiologist re-confirmed the same Diagnosis. It turned ALL four [4] of these so-called"Professionals" were 100% WRONG! A member of the Orthopedic Surgeon Team showed me the X-Rays and informed me I had a SHATTERED HUMERUS BONE which CANNOT be repaired. Additionally, I was informed by both Hospitals that they knew of NOBODY qualified to perform the appropriate Surgical Procedure in ALL of the State of Washington. They DISCHARGED AND WISHED ME THE BEST OF LUCK...THAT WAS BEYOND INSULTING AND DEVASTATING NEWS!!!! I tried for a week in WA to find a Surgeon to review my case with NO LUCK! I decided to return to my home State of California. Meanwhile the Motel where the incident took place STONE WALLED ME AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND EVICT ME when I requested an Incident Report. After speaking with numerous national Law Firms that advertise on TV and Radio they advised me they don't do this type of case. This is a warning to others who are considering this law firm...GO WITH A DIFFERENT OPTION. There's a reason their ads are everywhere, they are fishing for suckers. I rolled the dice and chose this place without talking to smaller firms. I paid the price. Positive google reviews mean almost nothing these days. Read into the negative reviews and you will see the truth which is that these people are not honorable. Imagine what that fake "nice" customer service voice is like. Now imagine hearing that every time you try to have a conversation about an extremely serious car accident. Imagine reaching out multiple times for legitimate concerns and getting no response at all. It will drive you crazy. Ali the case manager is careless at best but often very negligent. My lawyer Josh was a professional bullshit artist. Everything I was assured in the beginning of the case was gone in the wind by the end of the case and he pretended to not even know what I was talking about. I would advise to record all your conversations with these people but at the end of the day just DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Apart from the customer service experience, if anyone is just interested in the monetary compensation I have included a picture of the car accident that I received $7000 compensation for. I don't know if that amount is high or low compared to similar cases but I know I would never go through this process with these people ever again. I want to foremost say that this review is long over due. 3 years ago my father was involved in a terrible accident that left him in the ICU for weeks and at several points we thought we were going to lose him. I will tell you that the first month after my father's accident was absolutely hell. I had attorney's from the bus company calling me, hospital's needing me sign off on document after document, random people calling. I was honestly lost and had never felt so alone in my life. Prior to meeting Matt and his colleagues I had gone and seen other Attorneys in the Seattle area, 8 to be specific. All I was left with was a mound of debt from the "free consultations" and being forced to sign up with them on the spot. Call it spiritual or call it by chance but I came across Matt's firm and called and took another chance.
