We were referred to Adler Law offices by an extended family member that had only great things to say. In the long year ahead Lauren Adler was indispensable to our sister and your worried parents. Lauren was dealing with multiple insurance companies including LNI, always putting our sister first. Lauren's knowledge and infinite patience with all of us made this horrific accident easier to handle, allowing us to focus on our sisters recovery. I can say without doubt you will never meet someone of Lauren Adler caliber in a law office. Words cannot describe how thankful we are to Lauren Adler and the Adler Law Offices.

He knows how to navigate a curve ball when it comes to negotiation. He has had a dynamic and positive impact on my motor injury case; we, of course, WON with the help of Arthur, fighting every moment he could for me. In the past, I've met with other attorneys who have made my case feel rushed and non-vital. With Arthur; his willingness to listen made me feel like my case was in the good hands of an experienced lawyer. Thank you for fighting for me, Arthur. You're the best attorney I could've asked for. I'd be coming back here for any future auto injury.

Julie Caputo handled a family member's case for about 6 months. The case is still ongoing so I…read morecan't discuss specifics. Julie is best suited for cases that are likely to settle in mediation or arbitration. You can tell by looking at her web site which clearly states they prefer Collaboration, Mediation, and Arbitration and I quote: ..."We reserve the use of litigation - the use of the courts to make decisions for the family - as a last resort for our clients..." I suggest you heed this, it's a warning. Julie sucks in court. She was not prepared, was not organized, and during one short hearing when Julie spoke, my family member counted 33 "umms and ahhhs" as he shrunk in his chair. Bad place to realize you are not represented by an experienced litigator that lights up when it's their turn to speak, becomes a presence, a force to be reckoned with. Julie is none of that. Julie will steer you to get along, don't rattle the cage, to give in, and she does not like the courtroom. We warned Julie we had a very high conflict case that was unlikely to settle. When opposing party pulled stunts, Julie's frustration was always directed at her client, my family member. She gets mad and literally yells at and belittles clients to their face--clients that are already traumatized by the high conflict nature of the relationship they are extricating themself from. It all came crashing down during a phone call between my family member and Julie. After yelling at him and slamming down the phone, she missed the handset cradle--she continued yelling in her office (to her son Nicholas who works for her), thinking she had hung up. "I HATE THIS CASE - XX must be stupid, doesn't care about money" --on and on (can't go into case specifics)-- for 4-5 minutes as family member listened to what Julie and Nicholas *really* thought about him and the case, until she figured out the phone had not hung up. Whoops. I gave one star because Julie does have redeeming qualities. She's just not good in court, nor is she able to handle truly high conflict cases with empathy and grace. To Julie's credit, she writes good letters, but forgets to use spellcheck, or hover over underlines--lots of typos. She also introduced us to 191 restrictions in parenting plans which prior counsel did not know about or mention. She is probably very good at collaboration, mediation and arbitration but we don't know, our case was never headed that way. We have new counsel, a brilliant experienced litigator that comes to court 100% prepared, large and in charge. He is totally unfazed by the high conflict antics of opposing party, to the contrary, he exhibits empathy, and watches for his place to jump in to make it stop. On the last round of motion flurry, while we are still processing what just happened, he is half way to the next goalpost. Incredible. If you need an effective courtroom litigator, keep looking, they are out there. You can check my other reviews.

My son was injured on the job and his employer hired Stop Claims to "fight" a legitimate claim. In order to ultimately get my son the medical and financial support he needed, I had to help pay his rent for many months and help him hire an attorney to defend him. He lost all medical while his claim was appealed and couldn't get physical therapy he needed for more than five months. He also had to share his payroll compensation with the attorney to pay for the legal services he needed to respond to Stop Claims many actions. The facts of his case were pretty clear and he quickly prevailed after an investigation and an appeal, but Stop Claims made sure he had no medical or financial support for almost six months while they used every legal means they could to delay payments and medical support. While they are effective, they are morally and ethically corrupt as their business model is based on harming people who need help. While there are some people that are dishonest with LNI, most aren't and companies like Stop Claim make life harder when people need support most and they lack the expertise or compassion to discern legitimate claims from fraudulent ones. Their model is all claims should be challenged and that is the approach they took with our family. I don't recommend using Stop Claim any more than I would recommend going to a pawn shop for a loan or gambling in a casino to get rich. Ultimately, corporations like Stop Claim exist by hurting people, and from my perspective whoever owns and runs the company can only be described as an uncaring person at best or a sociopath at worst. I don't have much sympathy for companies whose survival is dependent on inflicting harm on people when they most need help. If you are a narcissistic, greedy, callous business owner, this could be a good company to use, but if you have an ounce of compassion for your employees, please don't subject them to the trauma and pain Stop Claim causes to achieve their results.
