I could say a lot of things about my experience everything from him having me look up smc codes to him sending the legal documents to the wrong address (which pushed our court date back 2 months), there's honestly a lot I can say. The amount of errors he made, made me question whether or not he was working for me or against me. There is no way a competent attorney should be making the amount of mistakes he was making. After 10 months he was still spelling my name wrong on the legal documents. He would also copy information from previous cases because he would forgot to change the names and dates on those documents. He is EXTREMELY unprofessional, he'll never answer once he has you as a client, he'll claim he never said things that he did. Stay away from this lawyer and law firm; I get he might be on the cheaper side but you'll pay 10 times more later due to all his mistakes. He doesn't have a good reputation; if you're going through any legal matters especially evictions in the king county area, dont be cheap, hire a good, reputable, experienced attorney or else you'll end paying more in time and money later. Please learn from my very expensive mistake seek legal representation somewhere else. Or you'll end up having to go through the process all over again. Lastly here are just a couple of things I had to experience working with Chuck. - Rarely answers the phone once I became his client. - Won't give you an update on the case; I had to call and ask. - Astronomical amount of spelling/ grammatical errors that I had to fix. - Had me look up SMC codes to add to the notices (isn't that his job?). - I had to re write numerous legal documents over and over because he couldn't do it without numerous mistakes. - Didn't check his work before submitting it; I'm his client yet someone else's name is in the paperwork. He would just copy information from other cases. - Some legal documents were written in pen instead of typed; and his hand writing is illegible. I'm his client who told him the information, and even I can't read/ understand what he wrote. - I had to submit the legal documents to the court because he didn't know how. Numerous documents were rejected when he submitted them because they were not submitted correctly. - Couldn't get printer to work so he sent evidence photos in black and white. I'm the one who took the photos and even I couldn't tell what I was looking at. Photos were pretty much useless. - Said he would submit legal documents by a certain day but wouldn't submit them for weeks. NOT days WEEKS. All in all, learn from my experience and just hire a good experienced attorney; yes it's expensive but you'll be happy that someone who actually knows what they're doing is representing you. Even though I have to go through this process again, it feels like a million pounds has been lifted off my shoulders knowing I'll never have to work with Chuck again! Chuck needs to do himself and his clients a favor and just retire and close this law firm down for good!

I have retained over 4 attorneys in the past, and I feel that my opinion of Mr. Mutchler holds some credibility. I currently have 2 other attorneys on retainer right now. Raymond is not the type of attorney that makes you feel like he is "Nickle and Diming you". His method of billing for his services is reasonable. And within reason, he will be supportive and helpful with communication here and there and it won't be guaranteed to be on the invoice. But typical lawyer fees should be expected, his time is valuable. However, for example, a friend of mine currently has an attorney that if you email him and ask a question regarding a letter that was already paid for, my friend will get billed for that question. Literally one question regarding a document that he paid for could not be asked without receiving an additional invoice. Another example is one attorney I have had in the past was very poor with communication, but extremely competent in the court room. A very powerful attorney to have in your corner, but sometimes you have to send him more than one email with a question because he wouldn't always reply, ever, not just in a timely fashion. That is not Raymond, he is very attentive with communication. Another attorney I had would repeat themselves a lot while billing me for every second of the conversation. It was very annoying because when you are paying an attorney by the minute for a verbal conversation, the last thing you want is for the conversation to go around in circles. He would also forget that he had already told me about something and repeat it to me. That is not Raymond. While he may have a short pause to contemplate something you asked him, he is generally efficient with getting his advice to you without running out the timer. Raymond is also nice, I have had attorneys that are nice too, but try to rush you off the phone or have a tone in their voice like they don't like talking to you. Not Raymond. He gives off genuine vibes despite it being work for him, you feel like a friend is talking to you. Knowledge wise, Raymond has taken the time to review a lease and find faults with it that was inherited by the acquisition of a duplex and it was drafted by a prominent, successful property management group. He identified that the lease was following outdated laws and verbiage with a buy-out clause that was not as clear as it should ideally be. Raymond also gave me advice for a lease I needed for my rental property that at the end of the day, saved me money and avoided paying him a lot for it. That was something that he did which keeps me coming back to him for my investment properties. He is in it for the well being of his clients, not just the money. Raymond Mutchler is knowledgeable, personable and reasonable. And he follows the concept that has long term benefits from taking care of his clients, instead of some professionals that focus on the short term benefits of getting as much money as possible from a client but will likely cause them to not be a repeat customer. Unlike one attorney I interviewed that offered to charge me $1,300 to file a LLC application that takes 30 minutes. Just filing, not writing!

Scott knowingly filed a fraudulent eviction agaisnt me on behalf of my ex's adult son.I can confidently say he knew it was no good is because the first page of the eviction papers served stated no less than 5 times that I they knew I didn't live in the house or even in the state,wasn't visiting the house overnight or staying there long term.The client did not provide evidence of his authority nor did he show any evidence of tenancy established nor anything resembling tenancy. The first page of the eviction laid out that I clearly don't meet the state/county legal criteria for those papers to have been filed.The only thing on the first page was description of all the ways I don't meet criteria wasn't anything in it giving a reason I was eligible to be evicted out of a house I have nothing to with me in the next state over.Interesting an expert in evictions to not see that on the first page and catch it. When it was dropped it was only dropped after it effected my rental history and only after it was clear that I wasn't going to do what was demanded of me.The other party made it clear in a txt message that the eviction was meant to hurt my ability to get housing and that it goes on my record whether it gets seen by a judge or not.They demanded I convince my ex to do what they wanted in order to drop the bogus eviction before it hurts my rental history.They finally dropped it because ultimately it would cost extra money and no longer served a purpose. Very obviously invalid bogus evictions agaisnt a disabled veteran because he isnt willing nor able to tell his ex wife to do in matters is minor example of "questionable" things going on that would make most folks not want to be involved.... Yet here we are over a year later and Scott Hildebrand is still representing these guys in their shenanigans related to this. He appears to practiced law in california briefly some years back.Interesting history on the state bar association and old court records. I'm not giving Scott the above rating,1 star for him.I have to give a neutral rating here because I can't hold Gourley accountable for the transgressions of another but I also have to take in to consideration that they took the guy on.Seems it's fair that something that is public record like that eviction packet be available to someone before they a end up represented by a guy.
