We were initially told that they would represent us, and we trusted them to handle a very serious and stressful situation. After we had already relied on that understanding, they ultimately backed out. The communication was also extremely poor. We had difficulty getting responses and were often left wondering what was happening. When you're dealing with something as serious as a legal matter, you should not have to chase a law office for basic communication or clarity. We expected professionalism, honesty, and decent customer service. Instead, we were left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling like our time and trust didn't matter. If you are considering choosing this law office, I strongly recommend doing your research and thinking twice before putting your case in their hands. In my opinion, choosing this place could turn into a disaster, and I deeply regret trusting them with our situation. I got to pay for my lnew lawyer to research a case that was already research resulting in double dipping. Should have told me they were not able to help me with the specific needs of my case because medical staff issues and the nuances of the medical field is not what they do and then they will keep you to juice you for billable hours. Not at all happy and I feel like they could care less about me. I was just a dollar sign. If you can hire them on contingency or for a set retainer with % of settlement fine but do not pay out of pocket or they will run up those hours.
