They did NOT have the appropriate Surgical Room so they transferred me by Ambulance to the LEVEL 2 TRAUMA CENTER in Everett. The ER Doctor and Radiologist re-confirmed the same Diagnosis. It turned ALL four [4] of these so-called"Professionals" were 100% WRONG! A member of the Orthopedic Surgeon Team showed me the X-Rays and informed me I had a SHATTERED HUMERUS BONE which CANNOT be repaired. Additionally, I was informed by both Hospitals that they knew of NOBODY qualified to perform the appropriate Surgical Procedure in ALL of the State of Washington. They DISCHARGED AND WISHED ME THE BEST OF LUCK...THAT WAS BEYOND INSULTING AND DEVASTATING NEWS!!!! I tried for a week in WA to find a Surgeon to review my case with NO LUCK! I decided to return to my home State of California. Meanwhile the Motel where the incident took place STONE WALLED ME AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND EVICT ME when I requested an Incident Report. After speaking with numerous national Law Firms that advertise on TV and Radio they advised me they don't do this type of case. Fortunately I got a referral to the Dubin Law Firm and was very pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome and promptly spoke to an Attorney.
