Yep, another 5 star rating review from another happy client…read more Paul Hanson is not a good attorney. No way. Not even close. No. Paul Hanson is an outstanding attorney! Top shelf effective in caliber; Strong, up-standing character. In a class of his own. He's always so friendly, professional, very thorough, and will never leave you wondering or confused about your case or the process. He fully explains all angles and options and their pros/cons to help you make informed and smart decisions for yourself. I have only good things to say about Mr. Hanson. I am so grateful for everything he did for me. I was being charged with Obstruction of Law Enforcement. From the first time we spoke on the phone, I was totally confident in my case. I trusted Paul would work in my interest for the best possible outcome (a dismissal). And that's just what he did! Although I was prepared to go to trial, Paul's hard work proved successful when the judge and prosec attorney agreed to Paul's motion for dismissal. Happy Day!! So, don't wait. Call him now! I promise, you'll be happy you did. Thank you, Paul. You're the best! I wouldn't have this glorious victory if I didn't have you on my side.

I found Jim on Yelp and his team, Lynn and Bridget, were amazing. I find myself in the ER wanting to argue with the doctors for each procedure, fearing the imminent bill racking up with each passing moment. A night passes and I find many missed calls and emails from insurance adjusters trying to coerce statements from me. I honestly was at wits end until a friend referred me to Jim. He and Bridget met with me and helped me to understand the insurance process when you are a pedestrian hit by a vehicle. From the moment I signed to work with them, the adjusters stopped harassing me. They ensured all those dreaded hospital bills were covered and held the right parties accountable. They were able to migrate around the extremely complex situation of multiple car and health insurance companies. They fought for my continued care to strive towards a full recovery. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the integrity, work ethic and truly caring spirit of this firm. If you find yourself hurt and don't know where to turn give them a call right away, you will not regret it.

After a severe workplace injury, we realized we needed an attorney who knew how to navigate the legal and the labor and industry systems. We were very lucky because we received references from an well respected attorney in another area of the law. Our question was simple; "if this had happened to you or a member of your family, who would you turn to for expert advice?". The answer was an emphatic Robert Silber. To say that is was a perfect match is an understatement. Robert, from the very beginning, made us feel like we were his only clients. He took time to listen to us. Robert took time to explain the law. He took time to explain the process and what his role would be. Robert explained how long the process might take and what the results could be. Robert was always available to us whether by text, email or phone. If we asked Robert a question, he would get back to us as soon as it was possible for him to do so. Seriously, Robert made us feel like we were family. Let us emphasize: "HIRE ROBERT EARLY". Please do not think you can do this without legal guidance. After you are injured, the only persons looking out for your best interest are Robert and you. Your employer will want this settled as quickly and cheaply as possible and may not disclose what all of your options may be. Robert is the perfect guide to a complex, confusing system. You should not take on your employer and the labor and industry system alone. Robert's legal expertise was matched by his ability to keep up with the employer's and L&I's requests for forms, letters, and medical records. Robert is well versed in medical terminology, diagnoses and how the medical system works. Robert became the gatekeeper for all information and requests from Social Security, Disability insurance companies, and L&I. This took a tremendous strain off of us. We were able to focus on the treatment and recovery from the injury. Robert focused on all other matters which would have been completely overwhelming had he not been in place. When you hire Robert you have hired an advocate and an attorney for a process that may last a very long time. We had no idea when this started how complex and difficult this journey would become. We are grateful beyond words that Robert has been with us each step of the way. Our journey unfolded just as Robert described it might. We were able to face the legal challenges because we knew that Robert was up to the challenge and if it came down to a juried trial, we had an experienced, successful trial attorney to represent us. We were successful at reaching the maximum benefit under the law without going to trial because of Robert and the strength of our case. ROBERT "WON" FOR US!

Sophia's review is 100% correct -- Feldman & Lee are in cahoots with Lynnwood Courthouse & PD,…read moreespecially Judge Stephen Moore, aka "Judge More Time" as he is commonly referred to, since you are guaranteed MORE jail time if he is presiding over your case. The retail giants in the area--Macy's, Nordstrom, Target, JCPenny, Fred Meyer, and others--are also working with Lynnwood PD, Judge Moore, the associates from Feldman & Lee, and other state officials to ensure you get from point A (getting charged) to point B (jail) without the slightest chance of walking away with a record free from criminal convictions. They want to make an example out of you. They want to bleed you dry. They want to get you into the criminal "justice" system so that it's nothing short of guaranteed that you'll be a repeat offender and they'll see you (and your wallet) again and again and again and again. IMPORTANT: If you're thinking to yourself "I'm broke, I better just hire a public defender because it's free," YOU WOULD BE WRONG! Many states offer their residents criminal defense lawyers free of charge--Washington State is NOT one of them! You will be charged a few hundred bucks at MINIMUM for these clowns to help usher you along to your jail cell. Take my advice: Do whatever you need to do to scrape a little bit of cash together & hire a private attorney, who will actually be working FOR you instead of AGAINST you. I highly recommend the law office of Lance Fryrear, and I only wish I had known everything I'm telling you now & had hired him sooner instead of that chump Patrick Feldman & I would still have a clean record. While Lance couldn't go back in time & tell me not to sign my guilty plea, he & his associates did work tirelessly to ensure I stayed out of jail when Judge Moore was trying his best to put me there. Patrick Feldman, by comparison, couldn't even stay another 10 minutes for my name to be called on my court date. Instead, I got up to the front and was greeted by someone else from his office who not only was completely clueless about my case, but didn't even know how to pronounce my name. To add insult to injury, when Judge Moore started verbally harassing me, calling me names, mocking me & the details of my case, my so-called public "defender" did nothing. Let's rewind a bit... Before my initial meeting with Patrick Feldman, I spent hours of my own time gathering evidence to support my case, such as letters of reference, medical history, letters from my doctors & therapists, recent outtake form from an IOP, and anything else I could find that might help my case. The day I met him at his office, he made copies of everything and assured me that he would do everything in his power to help defend me & my case. However, when I showed up to my court date, he told me that there wasn't anything he could do & I should take a guilty plea. I would be convicted, I would serve time, I would have a criminal record. All for a first offense, for which I had already sought extensive treatment and professional help on my own. The severity of the sentencing, even with the plea deal, was baffling to me, especially considering it was a first offense. But if you're too poor to hire a private attorney to defend you, you also probably have never been to law school, or know what your rights & options are beyond whatever advice is given to you by your public defender. That's why you do NOT want to hire a public defender who is in the back pocket of the prosecutor, which in Lynnwood's case seems corrupt but it's true. Taking Feldman's advice that day was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made, and his lack of professionalism continues to negatively affect my life in countless ways. Employment, housing, travel and so on--Having a rap sheet makes professional and personal success extremely challenging. By comparison, within ten minutes of walking into Lance's office for my first appointment, one of his associates pulled up a docket from a year prior that had all the information needed to get my current case completely dismissed. The case Patrick Feldman said I had no other option but to my plead guilty to. If Feldman & Lee would have spent a mere two MAYBE three minutes pulling up & reading that docket (which they absolutely had access to) they would have been able to give me a proper DEFENSE. One final comment about money: The amount I had to pay Feldman & Lee for their services plus all the fines that came with my guilty plea, plus the setup cost plus daily fee of my EHM, etc... the total amount I ended up paying by going with the public defender ($1,892.00) was MORE than the flat fee Lance's office would charge for my case ($1,500). That's all I got.
