I never imagined myself needing a personal injury attorney. But in 2024 I was hit by a car…read more I sustained injuries, needed surgery and occupational therapy. The person who hit me did not have enough PIP (Personal Injury Protection) insurance to cover the surgery, subsequent doctor appointments, occupational therapy and any other possible medical issues. On the advice of friends I needed to find a personal injury attorney. I asked a friend if she had any suggestions. It so happened her former neighbor was an attorney. He gave her two recommendations. I called both firms. One firm did not return my call. I then called Arthur Leritz at Adler-Giersch and left a message. He promptly returned my call. We set up an appointment to meet at his office. Their office is located a block from the Museum Of Pop Culture. Parking is not an issue because they have their own parking lot. I met with Arthur and his paralegal, Maria. Both of them were professional, friendly, understanding and kind. Arthur was great at explaining things step by step and in communicating by phone, email and text messages. I never thought I would say this about an attorney but he is truly a nice man. He cares about his clients. I highly recommend the services of Arthur Leritz at Adler-Giersch.

It turned ALL four [4] of these so-called"Professionals" were 100% WRONG! A member of the Orthopedic Surgeon Team showed me the X-Rays and informed me I had a SHATTERED HUMERUS BONE which CANNOT be repaired. Additionally, I was informed by both Hospitals that they knew of NOBODY qualified to perform the appropriate Surgical Procedure in ALL of the State of Washington. They DISCHARGED AND WISHED ME THE BEST OF LUCK...THAT WAS BEYOND INSULTING AND DEVASTATING NEWS!!!! I tried for a week in WA to find a Surgeon to review my case with NO LUCK! I decided to return to my home State of California. Meanwhile the Motel where the incident took place STONE WALLED ME AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE AND EVICT ME when I requested an Incident Report. After speaking with numerous national Law Firms that advertise on TV and Radio they advised me they don't do this type of case. Fortunately I got a referral to the Dubin Law Firm and was very pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome and promptly spoke to an Attorney. I was informed that they will seek the appropriate justice which was MUSIC TO MY EARS!!! I read many of the reviews ALL of them spoke highly about Matt Dubin Law Firm! My personal experiences with the Team at Dubin Law Office has been highly Transparent, Professional and Honest Answers to my Questions and Concerns! Absolutely the poorest attorney experience imaginable. After charging $4500 there was no…read morecommunication unless I initiated or demanded it. My attorney displayed a lack of interest in identifying possible courses of action, opting to let opposing counsel set directions and conditions. My set fee was for all representation required in the case. But a critical document must yet be filed with the court. But when I call, I'm told that he had closed the case (which is clearly false as far as the court is concerned) and he therefore cannot do anything more. I understand that the older brother and owner of the practice is very good, but my experience is that my attorney made well more than $500/hour doing the least work he could.

My first meeting was with Linda, who is not only the feistiest, smartest gal you'd ever want to meet, but she was just the person I wanted on my side! Linda has a huge heart and a commitment to every client and it showed in everything she did. She followed up with me, explained the process to me and basically held my hand through it all. When the time came to bring all of the aspect of the case together, Josh Lowell came into the picture. His knowledge, experience and ability to articulate how the legal system works was invaluable. When the time came to face the driver of the truck, Linda even accompanied me to the sentencing hearing. THAT is so above and beyond the call that I'm moved whenever I think about it It was a three-year process, but they never gave up. My emotions were all over the map, especially because I was dealing with a lot of trauma around the events of the accident. Josh and Linda understood. They were committed to helping me and getting the best outcome possible, yes. And they were fully capable and deserving of my faith in them. There was never a moment when I felt anything but their dogged determination to help me. But they also knew the emotional toll that it was taking on me. They put their thoughts and feelings aside and focused solely on my comfort level. They counseled gently and left every decision up to me. And at the end of that long journey, Josh negotiated a settlement that was not only more than originally proposed, but a generous one that I was immensely satisfied with. I cannot truly express my gratitude for how they helped me-at every turn and on every level. These folks CARE about their clients. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and the first -- and only- firm I will recommend to any friend or family member with a need. Quite simply, you cannot get better representation than the team of Magnuson Lowell. I will be ever grateful for them!

I was quickly contacted by my Attorney Ian De Verna and he began working my claim. Ian was able to get a quick payout from the others drivers policy and the personal injury protection from my own. Ian, Destiny, and team assisted me along the way, while pursing the underinsured motorist policy from my insurance provided, and fought hard to get even more than the max payout, regardless of how much my own provider resisted. The tenacity of this team allowed this over coverage payout to happen, all while keeping me informed and encouraged. The whole team was personable and I always enjoyed our conversations. This accident caused a lot of hardships in my life but the outcome was better than I could have ever expected. Although I don't intend to get injured again, I would seek representation from Becker Franklin Rovang without questions if I did, specifically Ian, Destiny and team. Thanks you very much, Jeffery A. Twice, she saved me from insurance providers trying to settle for a small fraction that I deserved and ultimately got. She is direct, trustworthy, and absolutely tenacious. One of the claims took about a year to resolve, and Elizabeth stuck with me and fought for a settlement that was well-over 10 times the original offer. Accidents are stressful, but the combo of lingering pain, paperwork, and dealing with insurance is the worst nightmare.
