After a car accident forced me to close my business and lose my income, I reached out to many attorneys before choosing Mark. While my case was not the right fit for his firm, he graciously referred me to one that may be able to help. In my short experience looking for malpractice attorneys in WA State, I have learned that many send a thoughtful decline notice through email, if I get any response at all. John Greaney took the time to speak with me, listen to the details and appropriately evaluate the entirety of my situation, and that was very much appreciated.

We found ourselves in what seemed to us to be a pretty complex accident that, without…read morerepresentation, would most certainly be bullied right into the ground by the insurance company. After reading reviews, weighing our options and (tbh) the proximity to our house we decided to have our first sit down with Karen at GSLF. It turned out to be the only law firm we would visit. Karen was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Karen walked us through our options, explained the pros, cons and most likely outcomes with the foundations of the case we had brought. The fees and finances were transparent, fair and honest. Karen even set us up with a couple recommendations to pursue treatment for our injuries. After our visit the weight of the accident was literally lifted off our shoulders. All we had to do was worry about getting better. I couldn't have imagined a better outcome and to think we were thinking there was going to be numerous visits with lawyers. Karen kept us up to date every step of the way via email. We never questioned what was going on. Karen received a couple offers from the insurance company and asked us if she could decline them. This impressed us. She seemed to fight really hard for us. Our settlement was much more than we anticipated after researching 'like' cases. Update- To our surprise, in the middle of writing this review we received an email from Karen. She had kept fighting the insurance company and was not satisfied with what they were taking for subrogation. We had yet another check coming for she had saved us another thirty percent off our subrogation totals! We are in awe of the GSLF family, in particular Karen and all of the work they put into our case. We highly recommend the GREANY SCUDDER LAW FIRM FAMILY!

My case was particularly convoluted, probably by design, to make pursuing a satisfying end result nearly impossible for a layperson such as myself. They were doggedly determined and just kept pushing the issue to the end. Although I am quite satisfied with the compensation, the true benefit was just being able to give everything that came in to them, and there was so much involved. They patiently explained everything and then just handled it. I will definitely call on them if I have a need in the future and recommend them whole heartedly to all my friends and family.

They promised me that things would get better and that they had successfully defended similar cases. After several months, a paralegal informed me that they would be withdrawing my case. They claimed that there was nothing they could do for me, which wasted my time. I had no treatment, or my vehicle fixed during this period. The entire team of Bishop Legal was terrible. Cesar Andaluz would often tell people that they were in good hands, even though they were not. James Gallegos and John Meyers were not trustworthy individuals and led me nowhere. I would not recommend this group of lawyers. Even though they claimed to be good at what they do, they never provide answers as to what they are doing. If you are looking for a good legal team, I would not recommend this group. They are very bad, and they never provide you with the best results. -CYNTHIA SANCHEZ
