My wife and I have been going to best buy since 2009. We have bought cell phones, Tvs, speakers…read morelaptops security cameras, and so much more here they have it. Every time we go to any of the locations mainly the Marysville one but we have always been treated with the most up most respect and they have even help us with price comparisons on an occasion or two. They are always super friendly and it's always easy if we need tech support for an item. You can call, go online or even in store for most anything, I do perfer in store the most. If there was any questions that one didn't know for sure they would go and make sure they had the right answer. No smoke blowing here just to get a sell. I would like to say thanks to the Everett and Marysville location keep up the great work.

I've never had any luck shopping at this store. The employees stand around chatting with others…read moreand aren't interested in helping you, however in January, I took a chance and ended up spending $700 on a new cell phone. The employee talked me into buying a unique charging device for an additional $40. It worked great until the end of April when it literally "fell apart "! it's defective and can't be fixed. I returned it to the store with the original box asking for an exchange since it's obviously a manufactures defect. The employee told me "it's against their policy" to honor anything after 30 days! I HAD THE RECEIPT, the box and the item. He could see it waa defective and told me to contact the company! Just one more reason I will never set foot in that store again and caution everyone else to do the same! They deserve to go out of business! It's a terrible company and their customer service doesn't exist! Good luck if you decide to shop here, but I encourage you to look at other stores before parting with your money!

My…read morebrand new 77 inch Samsung OLED TV quit working after just 3 months and wouldn't repair or replace it and instead just refunded my purchase price. I decided to see if I could find someone to repair it and found Hany. It took him a while to get the part he needed due to logistical issues with Samsung but he got it done and gave me an upgrade from 8K to 16Kwhile he was at it! The TV works great now and was only half the cost of buying a new one so I am very happy! He is very busy and both times I was there, he had happy customers dropping by. If you want a good quality electronis repair, give Hany a call!

Short version: We did not have a good experience with this man and his "business" at all. He made…read moremultiple inappropriate comments, didn't communicate AT ALL once item was dropped off, and never mentioned cost until we were trying to pick up the NOT repaired tv. Long version: We dropped off an old and valuable Panasonic VHS player. He mentioned it may be hard to find parts but he would look and keep in touch. During the drop off he made my mom VERY uncomfortable - talking to her for 10 minutes about how attractive she is. She was alone and very uneasy. He also never mentioned anything about price at the drop off and said he would let us know when it was (or wasn't) fixed. After months of hearing nothing, she reached out and he said he couldn't find the parts but that he would be happy to "recycle" it for us. This item goes for $500, even in a nonworking condition, so we made it clear we would be picking it up. Once again, ZERO talk of price. She goes to pick it up, he says he's requiring $90 cash because he suddenly was able to fix something in it, just not enough to actually have it work. (NEVER any mention of this) Once again, she is very uncomfortable, especially after the previous experience, so we just give him the money so we can leave. But not before he makes an extremely rude comment to me about my looks and again reminding us how valuable our item is. (Funny how he wanted to "recycle it") All in all, this man was extremely unprofessional and made countless extremely inappropriate comments. It is 100% worth finding someone else to repair your item - someone who runs their business with integrity.

So I'm an old dude who likes his stereo systems that have some kick to them, I came up in the 80s…read morewhen stereos started to become a real thing. I've had all kinds of the Blaupunkt, pioneer , Kenwood, Sony , JVC, Jensen I've had them all. Alpine is my favorite. So I got a new vehicle and it was time for the stereo so I started shopping around and of course I went to car toys and I've actually had them do for for me a couple times or the years and NEVER been impressed with anything they do, personally I always know more about what I'm looking to buy than any of their sales staff. That being said I went into SS BARGAIN AUDIO on Evergreen way and met Steve the owner. After several trips in and out of SS BARGAIN and researching on the internet I decided to try Steve and SS BARGAIN AUDIO. I went with almost all of Steve's recommendations except for the head unit, I wasn't budging on my go to brand ALPINE that has never let me down or disappointed me. Until now! Steve more than once suggested the Kenwood head unit receiver but I wouldn't listen. Shortly after the installation there was an issue so I brought my vehicle back wondering how this would go..... Steve and Lee His installer were all over and although it took a few days he had gotten information from Alpine headquarters that they had seen this issue and had a solution for it, a software update. So after that things were better but still not as they should be. The head unit was doing all kinds of erratic things disconnecting from siriusXM if I sent or received a text message, having trouble connecting period and all of the problems were intermittent. So back to SS BARGAIN and Steve I went , by now a few months had passed and I was sure that would be unable or unwilling to help. I was wrong on both counts. At this point I was so frustrated that I told him I was just done with the Alpine ! And Steve being the stand up businessman that he is had no problem with that so I paid the difference in price between the two units and they yanked out the old Alpine and installed the new Kenwood no problem no questions asked. There's still really early but so far I'm extremely happy. I can't say enough good things about SS BARGAIN AUDIO !!! You would be making a huge mistake if you go anywhere else!!! Lee is a skilled installer and very much educated and up to date on all the new equipment. I've never had a better experience or installation. And if car toys did happen to do a decent installation job for you if you have any equipment issues I'm sure that you are out of luck or at minimum you'll be paying. PLEASE GO TO SS BARGAIN ADUIO for anything car stereo related I promise that you won't regret it and I'm willing to wager that you'll never go anywhere else!!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHOP IN EVERETT!!! Thank you Steve and Lee! And if I wasn't clear I went back took the Alpine out and put the Kenwood in and like it said it hasn't been long enough for a detailed review on the Kenwood head unit but so far I'm as happy as a pig in sh*t! I'll do a follow up review on the Kenwood, but I'm sure I'll still be happier with it than the Alpine. My only guess with why the Alpine had so many issues is my vehicle is a 2014 and the Alpine unit just came out in 2024 so maybe some of the electronics weren't jiving ??? Sounds weird but it's all I can come up with. Like I said for 20 plus years I've never had any issues with Alpine. But I'm happier right now with my Kenwood.

I will start by saying this if I could give Olesya a store manager 0 stars I would. How she treated…read moreus was uncalled for.. Seems like ither complains were amde against her as well so we are not the first once. Coming into the store for warranty exchange was a huge mistake. She questioned us and called us liers, at the end of the whole thing she cancelled our phone that was reciebed in their store for warranty exchange. Yes my husband was irrate on hiw she treated us and being without working phone for 4 days he walked pissed off at her as she cancelled the order and wouldn't do warranty exchange. Then i walked out of the store, and went back in few minutes to try talking to her nicely. Well it ended up being her telling me i am not welcome to the store and to get out. I called customer service and I made sure I had my phone on speaker when i went back in... They heard everything and how she was treating me and they agreed she was rude and then some. I filed complaint against her through tmobile customer service as well as through Assurant company. I come from working in customer service snd that is not how you treat your customers who have been with tmobile for almost 10 years now. This time this Russian or Ukrainian lady Olesya its not going to get away how she treated us, nor should she be working in customer service there was a younger guy with her as well. This happened couple days ago and I do not recommend this store to anyone please go to Tmobile experience store where they will treat you like a human. Worst customer service I ever received from a human in a long time. I would like for General manager to call me at 208.404.5200 for any questions, I will be contacting corporate and filing complaint as well. Just because she is store manager it doesn't mean she can treat people like she treated us.
