Why did I agree to the third appointment? Because the owner promised us a full refund PLUS $1000 if they didn't show for the last appointment. I've tried calling, texting, and emailing them to resolve the issue, but they're definitely ignoring the problem. Unfortunately no longer under warranty. After 6 visits from a good but very frustrated oven repair company we decided perhaps the problem was electrical and not the oven itself. We called Milestone and Wyatt the actual owner sent Matt out to check it out and it was faulty wiring from the appliance company that installed it, to the point it could have been very dangerous. Matt quickly discovered the problem and came back within a day with the parts to fix it. Matt knows his stuff. I would not hesitate calling Milestone. And please, I noticed some of these reviews are not for Milestone here in the Seattle area. A shame people write bad reviews for the wrong company. Despite having everyone scheduled out, hearing I had lost my heat with the safety concerns over melted electrical, Brenda contacted the owner Aaron who agreed to come out today to help me. Aaron was very courteous, responsive, and professional. He came prepared with a spare thermostat, even though I had already purchased one. His work was professional and he made sure things were installed level. The price for the same day service was very reasonable. $99 service entrance fee + repair time.
