Went to this store after breaking my phone as they had them in stock. The person who helped me had terrible customer service, had to leave the desk for every question i asked to get answer from another worker. Told him for our business i needed the phone to operate before i left the store, it did not! they also said no screen protection was available for our phone samsung S10+ also untrue. We asked for a manager he was just as unhelpful as his employee. I left the store turned on phone it did not operate or work and had to drive to another store to get professional help. We signed up under the WSDA group plan and after years of being able to upgrade, change...they now tell us that WSDA owns our plan and we have to get permission to do anything. WSDA in the early 90's had over 3000 dentists sign up. They now have less than 300. This is all because of the lousy service. And if you think the new "Edge" program is a savings, I suggest you read this article. My review is for two people in the Everett store Matt Minton and Natalia D'aigle. These two gave me such a great experience that it makes me a return customer to this branch. I have done business with Matt before and that is why I keep going back to him. I live in California but because I have trust in Matt I travel to Washington to get my phones and all the accessories. This past weekend I wanted to upgrade to a much needed phone because my old iphone 6 has seen its days. I made an appointment to see Matt so I could get my new phone working. When I got there Matt helped me get checked in. They were very busy with only maybe three staff members to go around. Matt was busy with a customer that was there before me so he assigned Natalia to me. Matt Didn't want me to wait. Natalia was great. She made it look easy and took the time to get my phone working. Natalia wanted to make sure everything was just right. I felt a little uneasy because now there were a lot of people coming in. You know people wait until the last minute to come in. But Natalia assured me it was ok and wanted to make sure I was a happy customer before I left. Well I am a happy customer. I want to thank Matt and Natalia for great service and yes I have no problem traveling to Everett Washington for my phone needs because of them. They deserve my 5 stars. read more

I walked in and got on a wait list. I expected that. I had sales Rep Rusty help me which he was very helpful and walked me through to get a new phone. That was the good part..... Rusty told me that I could transfer my old phone to my new phone. I realize this process can take some time. The other option was to take it home and do it there. I opted to stay and he was going to help. I had time. That was basically the last I saw of him because he left to help another customer while I put in information into the phone. When I ran into an issue he basically ignored me and was already on another customer. I decided to ask the manager who was signing up people to get in line but he wasn't busy. I explained my situation and he rudely said.. "have you signed in?" I had been there 45 min.... I replied that I had and rusty was helping me. He turned away as if to walk away. I then began to explain my issue. He told me it was locked and Verizon couldn't help and then walked away... Are you kidding!!??? I've never seen such a blatant disregard for customers. If he had worked for me and I saw that he'd likely be fired. I stepped up my request to Rusty again and finally got his attention but to my surprise very limited. He was now trying to sell another phone and doing a very distracting job of helping me. Are these guys on commission??? Is it so hard to help a customer who bought an 800.00 phone and get them set up? Does the manager have any ability to step up and do something good perhaps? I was also supposed to get my service changed but after leaving, found out all they did is sell me a phone. The previous negative comments are well founded. Shame on Verizon. I've been a loyal customer for over 15years and am now considering other options. Follow up. After that horrible embarrassment on mothers day, I contacted Better a Business Bureau wrote a complaint about that particular store and Steve. BBB contacted Verizon immediately and stated they will have to call me back (me the customer) and work it out or a dispute will be put on file with Verizon. Stephanie executive from head quarters contacted me was apologetic and asked how she can compensate for their troubles. She was very sweet on the phone and even threw a star bucks coffee and fixed my phone by ordering another phone and credit 100 dollars back to my Verizon account. Very nice. I've had nothing but frustrating experiences in this Verizon store. We went in to exchange a phone case that I'd gotten for Christmas. When we got there we had to get into their computer queue and wait for an eternity to have someone ring us up. Who in the world would think it was ok to wait 25 + minutes to exchange a PHONE CASE. I understand that setting up new phones/plans takes time but for heavens sake you'd have to be crazy to willingly go into that store to buy any accessories. When I voiced my concern to the person lamely standing at the entrance to the store I was met with a blank stare. It looked like she'd already been crying and I felt sorry for her, but come on. Just to look at a customer like she didn't even know what I was talking about? Then to make matters worse, the guy who finally did help us was rude, unapologetic, and visibly taking his time on purpose. His brightest comment? " We do the best we can for all of customers here.". Ummm let me tell you that as YOUR customer you do not. We asked to speak to the store manager and the person helping us deliberately dragged his feet, telling us that since we had an exchange there was a re-stocking policy and he'd have to go into the back to re-stock before he could get his manager. Today I visited this Verizon store since the screen protection adhesive was failing. I purchased about 3 - 4 months ago. 2 phones, service, two cases and screen protection was my purchase originally. I switched from ATT. I was greeted by a person who put me in the queue and I ask how long the wait would be. The response was a long way since I was way down the list. He showed me the waiting list. I questioned since I'm not purchasing phones or service, which I know takes time. Isn't there a better solution than waiting so long. No first come first serve, which I get so and I waited nearly one hour. When my turn came up the rep said what can I help you with? I again said the adhesive on my screen protector was failing at which time he said go online and the MFG will send you another. I said you don't cover what you sell and he said of course we don't the MFG does. I said this is ridiculous and his response was why is this ridiculous, in a very rude way, and I must say he said this with no regard to how I felt after waiting an hour to hear we can't help you go online! It's mostly ridiculous because I waited one hour to hear go elsewhere. His response was this is the businesses day of the year! He continued to argue with me and I responded you don't need to be rude with me. He was in my face being very rude. "I'm not rude" he said although all in the room looked on with disbelief. He finally after some more rudeness offered up a replacement which I accepted with no further discussion with him. His name is Tyler and he works in the Everett store across from the Everett Mall. He NEVER uttered any apology for the long wait and even said this is the business day of the year which it seemed to be his excuse for his bad attitude. I had another customer talk with me after the event to say he was way rude to you and she was in the queue and her name go dropped so they put her back to the bottom of the list. Unacceptable customer service all around! She was waiting for the manager to voice her concerns. Mind both of us waited patiently. How it should have been handled; Sign into the queue and when the rep says why are you here today say Ok the screen protecters are warrantied by the MFG. You will need to make a defective claim and they will ship you out a replacement right away. I would have left after a few minutes in the shop satisfied I had the solution. Don't make the customer wait an hour for the same result. Educate your customer reps to respond with empathy and offer the fastest solution and don't make them wait an hour for the same news after the frustration has built up! Doesn't Verizon educate their reps to be thoughtful and not rube? Apparently not. I gestured the manager, since she was on the phone that he was not fit and should not be employed. The other customer waiting was still waiting when I left, to speak with the manager, who was engaged with her customers. She might have broken away for a minute to address the other customers concerns. She kept the other lady waiting for a good 15 or 20 minutes. Had I not had a contract I'd be looking for another cell provider. But I have to remember this was one man that was very uncaring and rude so I'll keep an open mind, but will never visit that store again. After reading all the pages of reviews posted there is theme at this store, RUDE I have two retail shops and if one of my employees treated a customer in this fashion then would be looking for a new job. read more

By far the most uneducated bunch of Team Members i have ever come in contact with. I made the biggest mistake when i decided to switch to Verizon. I have had Verizon for almost one year now and they have still neglected to reimburse me for my "Switch to Verizon" promotion to buy out your previous contract. I have spoken with 9 different Verizon employees on 9 different occasions to get this resolved. Believe it or not this issue has still not been resolved and i still have not been approved to receive my reimbursement for switching to Verizon. This has been the WORST experience I have ever, well, EVER experienced with customer service! I started this down this path while beginning a move to Verizon from another carrier. I was assured I was all taken care of and the terms and costs of switching had been handled. I went into the local Verizon store to continue the trade out and all this went decidedly downhill from there. We have been customers for over 10 years with Verizon and we've had great coverage for the entire time, and have increased the amount of lines along the way due to a growing family. As the plans changed, we changed along with them, until the last three plus years where Verizon decided to not honor and grandfather-in any plan that included unlimited data. The only way to work around that was to outright purchase the phone in order to keep your unlimited. This last Thursday I wanted to upgrade all our lines to smart phones and went into a Go Wireless Verizon store, the employees where extremely helpful and broke down my option which of course would loose my unlimited data. After seeing the increase in price for much less of a product I expressed my displeasure and would look at another provider, thats when the associate decided to call the retention/customer care line where they offered to keep the plan the same and give me $200 off the retail price for all lines upgraded, but I would have to go a corporate store, and that's when it went downhill. As I walked in and was greeted and placed on the waiting list, we were wondering if they had the I iPhone 6s Plus in stock so I asked an associate as he was walking by, he rudely said "No!" without breaking stride and gave me a dirty glare, so we waited our turn and finally after nearly an hour we were "helped". As we discussed with MJ the situation he was not standing by customer cares offer and was pushing a totally different plan. I refused it and said it needs to be exactly as I described it, so he went to "get" the manager who came back introduced himself and stood there for 2 minutes, didn't say a single word and left us without saying a peep, MJ had nothing better to offer and was not bending. I informed him that we not interested and where leaving Verizon and they werent fazed. We went to Costco and got a package deal with another carrier and cut our loses. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to give something. The store manager is about as rude as they come. Absolutely refuses to exchange a cable for my iPhone. Customer care called him and he tried to tell them I said I had it for year. A flat out lie. I told him I would be getting a new cable, so now I am forced, out of principle, to go through all of the senseless steps for aftermarket cable that they sell. Verizon policy regarding the way they sell & service their phone warranties STILL SUCK, but the good news is that their insurance carrier, Asurion, pays attention to their online reputation and got me a NEW Droid the very next day. (after I left a couple nasty reviews...) On Monday I went into the Verizon store for the issue of my iPhone having a bad SIM card. After a replacement SIM and this not working, I was told by the representative that a phone would be overnighted due to my warranty. Tuesday came and went and no phone showed up. I called Verizon customer service and they told me that my phone would be delivered Wednesday because the order was done after the cut off time. With this being known by the representative on Monday, why would he lie and say it would be here Tuesday?! First mistake. On Tuesday while on the phone with Verizon I confirmed my address 3 different times! All looked well for the phone to be here by Wednesday. Wednesday morning I called to verify it would be sent out, asked for a tracking number, and that they had the correct address that they had on file. The representative on the line confirmed everything and all looked good! My phone was able to be tracked via FEDEX and looked like it should've been arriving any moment. An hour later, I receive a notification from FEDEX saying that there was an interruption in delivery due to an incorrect address. I called FEDEX and the address they had on file was completely different than what I had said on the phone and not even an address I had EVER had on file.. I then call Verizon to make sure they re process another warranty phone to ship it out. I was told it would be here Thursday by 8pm by both Verizon and FEDEX. Thursday morning comes around, and I call Verizon JUST to be safe and what do ya know!? They NEVER processed ANOTHER WARRANTY PHONE FOR ME even though I spoke to them and told them that is what needed to be done! They even told me Wednesday that another phone was processed for me! After explaining my situation to 4 different people and wasting almost 3 hours of my time at work, I was finally escaladed to a woman in the leadership department. I was on the phone with her for almost an hour and it seemed like we were getting somewhere with my problem.. I verified that she had my call back number in case we were disconnected. She verified my land line call back number. 10 minutes later we get disconnected. I waited almost an HOUR for a call back from her, and NOTHING. I had to call back and wait on the phone for almost another hour in order to get $11 in credits applied to my bill for the inconvenience... and now the replacement phone should be delivered Friday..so much for an overnighted phone. Keep in mind, I'm an internet manager for Nissan. My job is to be connected to my phone at all times via phone call, emails or text. For the past FIVE DAYS now I have been without a phone. It is also the last week of the month which is the busiest time for me. I am completely baffled by Verizon being so proud in their company and customer service when I have NEVER been so disrespected as a customer before. This is utterly ridiculous. I have begged and pleaded for a loaner phone in the mean time and they don't offer this, of course they wouldn't. After my new phone arrives I will be canceling all FOUR of our lines on my account and taking our business elsewhere to a company that makes me feel appreciated as a customer. We have been with Verizon Wireless for 12 years , with 6-7 phones on our account...and for years I have thought they were great. Not anymore. My daughter got a new phone 10 days ago. I went with her. We got home and the phone didn't work. Turns out they didn't bother to activate it. I realize that if you buy it online you will have to activate it yourself, but he didn't tell her it wasn't activated nor were we told how to do it. 2 hours and several phone calls later we finally got it figured out. I went to get my new phone a week later. It was very busy and there were 12 people ahead of me. I wandered around. I heard other Verizon staff telling other customers pros and cons of the phones they were looking at. I also heard several other staff members explaining how the phone being purchased worked, special features ect. After all the time waiting I was not too excited to get the exact same staff member my daughter had gotten. I told him I was debating between 2 phones. He told me to get the iPhone. He said pick out a case and walked away. No pros...no cons nothing. He returned with the phone...I was still looking at cases. He said this is the best one, I'll meet you over there. He had no interest in telling me about cases. At the counter I requested my contacts be transferred to the new phone. While he was gone I heard the sales person next to me explain lots of iPhone features to her customer. I said "oh it does that?" she said "oh he'll tell you all about it." He came back and told me he couldn't transfer my contacts and had me sign my receipt. As he handed me my bag I realized I didn't know anything about my phone. I asked how to answer it. He quickly showed me and that is ALL the help/knowledge I got on the phone...next time we will not go to that Verizon store. read more

Today my experience started off bad with poor Customer Service from Ron. Ron was condescending, rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. I asked to speak with the Manager. WOW. What a difference in service. Tyler was understanding, accountable, respectful and very, very, very helpful. He even made sure the Bluetooth was working on the replacement phone I received prior to me leaving the store. Tyler has restored my faith in Verizon. The Manager at the Woodinville store(Nenad) could take a few lessons from Tyler. I also have had a great experience with Jake at the Everett Mall store. I recently switched to Verizon and was helped by the sales rep Matt. He made sure to find out what I was currently paying and what my plan was like and found me a data package that would work for my price range. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions I had. I was a little nervous about switching since I was thinking I would have to pay way more than I was, but it ended up being around the same monthly and that's including my payments for my new phone! I had a great experience and I'm glad I made the switch over. I'll definitely be back to see Matt for my next visit! read more

I got in there at a good time as there weren't many people in the store and was quickly helped by Jay. He returned my old phones for me, emailed me the e gift cards for the two phones and then I asked him put a screen protector on my 6s as the one that came with my otterbox case looked really cheap and flimsy. My daughter, in California, bought me a new Verizon Iphone for my birthday and I called Verizon Wireless for help setting it up when the instructions that came with the phone were useless. In was told to make an appointment at the nearest corporate Verizon store and did. Because of Covid , I waited outside in the rain....and twenty minutes past my appointment time I was told, contrary to what Verizon Wireless told me, that they couldn't set up my phone because they had no way to transfer from old to new Iphone. It didn't matter that my daughter spent hundreds on the new phone, that we have both been Verizon customers for 17 years, that the new phone came with outdated iOS , that I was once again given misinformation from people at this store ( this time regarding the SIM cards) .....it was clear that my not purchasing this phone at this store meant NO HELP. It took me five hours to do what they could have done in 10 or 15 minutes. If it wouldn't have cost more money for restocking fees, and if i weren't on a family plan, I would have reurned the phone and gone to another provider. I will for the next phone.l read more

verizon has the worst customer service I have ever encouterd. At the store, you can pay for your bill but they will not discuss it at all. Any billing issues, you must call verizon!!! The store will not address any billing issues, but will be glad to collect your money!!!!!! The bundle service they offer is a total scam. I have been trying to resolve the issue with verizon for the last week as to why my bill is over $150. a month. their answer is that direct TV is billing me over $60 a month. I explained to them that I got the deal from Verizon not direct TV. my bill comes from Verizon not direct TV. and the bundle service I signed up for is $$95 a month plus tax. Howver verizon still insists that I have to call direct TV to resolve the isue. So I called Direct TV, their answer was, they don't have specific information about my bill and I have to call Verizon!!!! go figure...... read more
