Exceptional service -- ask for Jose! Jose, the store manager, truly went above and beyond for us. He did all of the heavy lifting--setting up our business account, adding 5+ lines, and making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through every promotion available so we were getting the best possible deal. His associate Jason was also helpful, but Jose absolutely led the experience and made the entire process seamless. Because of how well we were treated, we're already planning to move our personal lines over from Verizon next. If you want things done right and want someone who genuinely cares, Jose is your guy. I love T Mobile, the only problem I have is they always lie and trick you into buying unnecessary stuff. They told me when I purchased my new IPhone I needed to buy a new charger when they knew fully well it came with one, I know I should have known that but I didn't, lying to customers to get them to purchase things that are not needed is not right. The next time I need a new phone I will go to another store. read more

If I could give one half or zero stars I would. I was helped by Tania and let me tell you, she led me on to purchase unnecessary items that I did not needed. She also made me purchase an extra line to an Apple watch that I did not needed. I came back the very day after and she gave me the worst attitude and she provided really poor help. If that is the attitude of a manager I can't imagine the rest of the people working at that facility. Do better please, Do better. read more

I've have been to this location twice, if they arent selling you a phone they don't want to deal with you. When Sprint was bought by T-Mobile they lied and said they couldnt help me, went to another store and they said they were not allowed to turn us away and reported them. Just went in after purchasing a new phone online and looked it up online and the site said I could turn my old device in at any T-mobile store. Got here explained that they didnt sent me a shipping label and the manager said "maybe" we can help you.. then printed a slip and told me to go mail it myself. read more

T-mobile associates here are terrible. Not helpful and will not even let you get a word out. They discriminate at this location. Upon entering the store I noticed the door was lock hours before closing time. The associate came and unlocked the door, upon taking an step in which she cut me off as in she wanted me in and out I noticed something. The reason she had the door lock was because there were 3 African American young adults already in the store. One was patiently sitting to himself playing on his phone, the other two were casually handling there business at the register. They didn't notice that the T-Mobile associates locked them in. So once I got the run around which were lies from the Hispanic women I decided to leave and call corporate in my car which was directly in front of the store. Once I left she locked the door behind me. A couple approached the location while I was on my phone with customer service, the same thing happened. The associate had to unlock the door to let the couple in and lock it right back while they shopped and after they left. This happened for the next few guests. By this time 15-20 mins of me on the phone with the customer service rep the young black adults were walking out with paper work in there hand as if there business was accomplished but yet they didn't know the associates were discriminating against them since they entered. Funny thing about this while I was telling the rep over the phone how displeased I was for getting a run around and also I'm in front of an location were there locking customers in and only because they are discriminating towards blacks.....once the black group left she left it unlock.... I even told the rep on the phone I'm recording this, it's clear as day considering I'm in my car in front of the shop and you have t mobile associate going back and fourth to let customers in a lock store while they are black guests conducted legit business inside... trust me this is no fake review I can prove everything down to the T.
