So I had came into Verizon today to finance 2 IPhone 16Pro Maxes and 2 Apple Ultra 2 watches. I was…read moreinitially greeted by the Verizon team and seemed welcomed through the door. But then the situation became weird when Trevor, one of the Verizon reps, is willingly saying that he's not willing to help me more than what I want. He lied about what he would be able to do for me, I had applied for financing on the internet and got approved for full financing for the items I wanted. So when telling this to Trevor he said that I was unable to do anything of that sort because it says something about the financing limit. I asked him what it is and he said he can't see it because it's a new account and he can't tell me. But had a number of exactly 450 dollars I'd have to come out of pocket before taking out his iPad to check. Then he said it was a security thing and it would be fraud if I did all 4 items, I asked him if he can call fraud team and he blatantly said no he cannot do anything like that for me. I asked him why not and he basically said it was not his job. I said are you not supposed to help me? He said to a certain extent. I was upset enough with the attitude he had personally greeted us with through the whole process and blatant shrug which seemed of being bothered with my questions. I just said I'll do the 2 IPhone 16 pro maxes and 1 watch and I'll go elsewhere to get the extra watch. The reason why I came here in the first place is because I have a personal friend who is an Exec within Verizon and he spoke greatly within the company's service and was considering funding my team with Verizon services. Although this experience had completely flustered me I will not let this individual bad choice of judgement and character misrepresent Verizon as a whole. But this 1 star review is directed to the individual.
