Or even reply to text messages I sent. Horrible. Mike there found I was being double billed for my iPad. But can't refund it. He "fixed it" only for my iPad service to get shut off. I was to call or text of that happened. I did both. No reply. There are numerous other Verizon issues I'm dealing with but this location started the problems and won't resolve them for me. Sad. I've been with Verizon for just a few months shy of 20 years. I'm moving to another carrier because of this crap.
