Representative did not explain anything to me. Not about the phone, not about the new plan, didn't give me a receipt, etc. When I declined the protection plan he offered, another guy (manager?) came over and high pressured me to get the protection. They advised that I could call back later that day to cancel it if I wanted. To get them off my back I said ok but I would likely cancel later in the day. They lied! I stopped in to this location just to pick up a new Apple USB-A to Lightning cable, et Voila! CarPlay, which until now was not functioning in my Dad's new '21 Ford Ranger SXT, worked immediately after I plugged in my iPhone in the parking lot w/the new cable! Finally Maps & Siri work with handsfree, so my family can rest assured I can keep my attention where it belongs, offensive driving . On top of this the salesperson, D!, sold me on a HomePod Mini and helped reassure me it was a sensible purchase to work on our "Smart" Home aspirations. I was impressed by the stores depth of products & accessories in home media center & beyond the usual mobile phone/smartwatch inventory stack that seems typical in even Verizon's stores in large Metro areas. Following the last 2 times I've had to contact "611", I have noticed a near seamless online/mobile app/text/phone/in-person experience & helped me avoid having to repeat my self ad-nauseam. Even AppleCare+ customer service doesn't even compare in this regard. While the entry cost for VZW monthly service is , I'm reassured it is buying quality customer service that is worth it and I'm confident I made the right decision in moving my business to VZ. Not sure how I could rate service worse. We were in there for hours and hours trying to get new phones. We were promised a free iPad, but when we got home we found out it most definitely was NOT free and had to bring it back. And on top of that, one of the new phones wasn't even activated for cell service. So now we have to go through the whole excruciating experience again to try to get the phone to work. Do NOT believe what they tell you and get everything in writing. I know there is at least one ethical sales person there, unfortunately we were assigned a sales person and did not get him. read more

It takes a lot for me to give a one star review. Where do I start? The girl that checked us in was not friendly and had a "what do you want attitude". I asked if I could get an early upgrade as the Verizon website indicated I could. She informed me that was a website special that they do not offer in the store. She then proceeded to tell me it was no big deal that I could pay "full" price for a new phone right now if I wanted a new one. I literally looked at her like she was crazy because no one has $500 just hanging around. I had to leave before I got more upset. Erin is one fantastic manager and she has one heck of an excellent crew! You can tell she cares about each and every customer and makes sure the place is always running at its very best. Verizon is a very unique cell phone carrier in terms of their in store experience. The employees are very eager to help and build rapport with their customers. The employees are quite knowledgeable and you get consistent answers on anything you ask from each employee. Only downside is that at times it will get super busy and you will have a wait for a rep to help you. The store does an excellent job of displaying all the products they offer and even show you some of the awesome accessories you can get for your device. It is quite wonderful that they have all the devices you can buy on display and active. Go to resellers and many times you won't find a device you can try or play with and whether it is active is another story. Keep up the excellent work, Verizon! read more

If I can give anyone any advice avoid this store at all cost....and cost you it will. Avoid a salesperson...Tony. He will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale. Make sure to read your contract before you sign because what's in that contract is not what blatant lies will be said to your face. read more

As others have said. AVOID this store. I went in and want the lowest priced service as I only talk and text. I do nothing else on my phone. So I was sold the 4g plan. Wasn't cheap but I needed coverage. So I had checked on my acct. online after a week. I was shocked to see that I was on the most expensive unlimited plan. So I went back and talked to the girl that set up my service. She said she did not know how it happened but would change it to 4g plan. Well yesterday I once again checked my acct. and I am still on the most expensive plan. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. So today I will be going to a different Verizon store and see if we can get this straightened out. There where other issues with this store that when I talked to a Verizon rep. they could not believe what I was told about the kind of service I would get with a cheaper plan.
