They advised that I could call back later that day to cancel it if I wanted. To get them off my back I said ok but I would likely cancel later in the day. They lied! Verizon doesn't allow you to cancel until after first billing!

Our phone calls get answered quickly and we get exactly the speeds we pay for. I check. The nature of a wireless signal means that weather plays a part in the quality of the signal. That's beyond anyone's control. I need to teach remotely and called to order a second receiver so I can work from an outbuilding on our property. Despite confirming the transaction, AT&T processed multiple additional transactions, resulting in my bank's fraud department flagging them and creating significant confusion around my payments. AT&T also created a second "ghost" account in my name, provided little explanation of how the payment system worked, and required me to spend nearly 20 hours over the last 7 days on phone calls, in stores, and resolving issues. Multiple devices and watches were shipped, lost in transit, reordered, and then incorrectly handled; a watch that I had legitimately received and paid for was even flagged by AT&T as stolen. I repeatedly received billing updates and charges that I could not understand or reconcile, and promised receipts were never provided. Customer service calls routinely involved lengthy hold times, including calls lasting 2 hours and 37 minutes, 2 hours and 20 minutes, and 1 hour and 17 minutes. Store and customer-service representatives repeatedly gave conflicting information, were unable to resolve basic account and billing issues, and in some instances were dismissive of my concerns. As of 9/30, despite receiving the remaining watches, I still do not have clear answers regarding my charges, account setup, watch activations, or how the incorrect transactions and devices will be resolved. I am seeking AT&T's assistance in reviewing the entire account, reconciling all charges and payments, correcting the account and device records, resolving the watch issues, and providing a clear explanation and appropriate resolution for the significant time, financial disruption, and inconvenience caused to me. I would like to speak with the Regional Manager about my full experience and I would like to file a formal complaint with a corporate partner. But those people hide behind their store managers and are unreachable.

They are not only helpful and knowledgeable, but we had some of our children with us and they showed interest in them, rather than being annoyed or inconvenienced. Keep up the good work! :)

Went in to see my options for a new phone. I go in and I get no response so I just start looking…read more Then some guy comes up and asks why I'm here. We get to the table and he clearly doesn't know what he's doing. Made me go into my phone and look up how to even find my iPhone. He didn't even know how to do the most basic things and even had to google how to. As I'm sitting down everyone else that came in after me was greeted and was given customer service. The associate then was constantly yawning and I felt wasn't able to take care of my request so I left. DO NOT go to this location unless it is necessary or if you know an associate there that you have not had a problem with.
