Can I give them a 0? Brought my phone in for a simple screen replacement. Picked it up and the GPS no longer works. Tried telling me that it had something to do with the most recent IOS update which is laughable. Used the GPS to find the store and for the couple weeks after I broke the screen (avid WAZE user) with no problem whatsoever until they got to it. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR PHONE REPAIRS! Awful experience. STAY AWAY!!! I went there with a battery that was under warranty. My at home test said it was bad. The "expert" working said it was still good, although he admitted to not knowing how to operate all of the testers. So, I went to Fleet Farm for a second opinion, bad battery. I had to go to the Batteries Plus on other side of town for them to tell me it's a bad battery, and stand behind their warranty. read more

Took my car there last winter to get battery changed. He couldn't even change the battery even though that's the service they give. Now here for 2nd time to get phone fixed and they told me it would take 1 hour and they would call. 2 hours still no call. I don't trust this place one bit read more

Just got great service at this store. They were able to replace the battery in my watch; other stores refused to do so because they had not sold me the watch...it was a gift! They recommended a lifetime warranty battery; which I got. Then they were able to replace a battery for one of my home phones, AND sell me a clip on light for when I read an "old school" book. Needed to QUICKLY replace the screen on a Galaxy 4 Note. Called on a Thursday, they told me they had one at the store and quoted me a price. Made an appointment on Friday to have fixed. Called me Friday, told me they did not have the screen, gave me a more higher price. Said they could have one sent from Menomonee Falls store and could have by Monday. Stopped in Tuesday, they did not have. I called on Thursday (one week later) Told Ken (Manager) that I could have walked to Menomonee Falls and back by now! "Let me check, I'll call you back" Excuse was it was routed to the wrong store, I should have it by tomorrow. I'll call you. Never heard from him. It is now the following Tuesday (12 days later!!!) and still no call. Ken, I think you know what you can do with that screen. read more

Horrible, slow service. I went in to get a new battery for my cell phone. After I told the man what I needed he went to his computer and started there for 5 minutes without telling me what he was doing. Then he went and talked to another man and came back and did come more stuff on the computer and finally after 15 minutes told me that it would be an hour. I left and came back in a little over an hour and still had to wait another 1/2 hour. I will not be using this store again. read more
