I had a water pipe break and flood my basement with 6 inches of.water. ServPro got there so fast and vacuumed the water out and proceeded with the clean up I was amazed. Unfortunately, we were affected by the Milwaukee floods. We are located in Menomonee Falls and Dylan and Matt were amazing coming down to assist!!! They had so many fans and dehumidifiers that we were able to suck all the moisture out of the walls. They were so helpful and professional. read more

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Positives: fast response. Negatives: 1. They did not communicate ANY information and tore out carpet without me signing a contract. 2. They charged $5700 for 5 days of fans in my basement-absolutely overcharging folks who are in a tough situation. 3. No explanation of what they were doing and why. Final update - We had another company come in to fix flooring. They came in and found the floor was not level in all the areas I was having issues with . New company had to rip up new vinyl planks ( calipro), ripped up the new underlayment Servpro laid down on top of water damaged layer. These layers were unlevel causing deflection and noise. After demolition, they leveled , replaced new vinyl floor ( same as before). And now my floors are GREAT with no defection, no popping sounds , no hollow sounds and no issues !!! Serv pro prep and install was the cause. They say they were with in specs and gave me $500 to have other company fix it but the fix ended up being over $6,000. They may have tried 3x to fix but if prep and install is subpar that is the cause they should stand behind it. They also said my insurance didn't cover some of the repair . I called insurance and they said if I had issues they had to write up and submit for it to be covered as I had good coverage. Insurance now won't cover it with new company as it is installer not damage from the original claim. Serv Pro keeps saying insurance wouldn't cover more or within my coverage which is wrong as I spoke to State Farm and they would. They won't cover anything with new installer as now my issues are related to installer and not water damage. read more

Called ar 2012 hours due to a sewer pipe unloading in my basement. Two hours later I called again and the lady stated she was just a call center representative. She stated if I wanted a immediate response as advertised on their website, to call a different company. Their website stated immediate response 24/7. We had a valve on a water softener tank blow and let a jetstream of water punch a hole in two drywalls and partially flood our finished basement. Service Pro responded immediately to our needs and its personnel, especially, Rhonda and Nick, were efficient, thorough, friendly and professional. We had a washing machine leak a few months ago and ServPro came to our rescue. They got in quickly, found all the wet spots, and dried them right up. The rebuild supervisor, Corey, was a joy to work with, had great communication with us, and thoughtfully answered all of our questions. The house looks better now than before the leak. We had a major oil furnace soot issue in a house that we own and my sister rents. When I walked in that first day, I didn't know where to turn with the mess. Soot webs everywhere! Rhonda, Ino, Tammy, and Sherry and crew came in and started the process of cleaning the walls, ceilings and all surfaces I couldn't believe how wonderful it turned out. They were absolutely professional and very helpful with any concerns we had. The first day they alerted me to a group of electrical outlets that had stopped working from an undetected problem from working on the furnace. A freezer was plugged into one of these outlets, so we were able to save everything in the freezer by getting it plugged into another outlet. I cannot recommend ServPro more and especially this crew! The crew that responded to our basement flood was less than professional. During the initial lookover, the crew manager said that they would definitely need to drill holes in the bottom of the walls since they were so wet and would need to be able to dry out. I was upstairs when I heard one of the crew members swear, and then tell the manager that they didnt have any charges batteries for the drill in order to drill the relief holes. Rather than find a solution, the manager told the crew member to just skip it. At no point did any of the members attempt to mention this to me or come back to fix their mistake. I ended up being charged for services that were never completed. The service provided and lack of morals by the responding crew was less than expected. read more
