I tried to get a live person on the phone, and it wouldn't let me. They had the wrong service for me booked thru the automated system. Then they had a person calling me this morning to tell me they were available now in which I let their Ai assistant know prior I wasn't availble in the am. . The person who called me said he would let their office know of the above, and have someone call me back right away. No one ever called back! I recommend these businesses have a live customer service person answering their phones. it was a wasted time, and lots of miscommunication with their AI system.

Andy came to the house to take a look, and within minutes I learned how little I knew about the right way to plumb, honestly, it was a mess. He was very courteous and jumped right in to get me up and running again that same day. The cost was better than fair and I could not have done it without Royal Flush. Thanks again, Andy.

We had them out last year for a tune up with no issues, but this year when they came out they charged us an extra $50 for a "trip charge" after the service was done that no one told us about prior. I called and asked why I was getting this and they told me "every other heating company charges this now" but I called around and none of the other local companies do. The other issue I had was that they came out for the tune up on 12/15 and our payment didn't pull from our debit card until 2/2. When I called to ask why they didn't pull the payment for 6 weeks the guy blamed it on our debit card which is false. Someone there messed up and didn't run the payment right away. I would probably still use them if there had been any sort of apology for not telling us about the trip charge and waiting so long to run the payment but the guy I spoke to just kept trying to pass the blame and didn't offer any sort of apology. Terrible customer service and shady business practices.
