We are so pleased with the service we got from Rausch Plumbing. Danny and Philip did an amazing job. (It was nice seeing Danny out of detention:). They covered all of our floors to make sure nothing got dirty. They got right to work and we had a very tough job. More members of the team showed up to haul out the cement and the dirt and bring in fresh gravel and piping; even the big boss came to work. They were very reasonably priced and worked well with us. I would recommend them over any other plumbing company. They beat all of the other quotes and even though the job was bigger than we thought it was going to be they were fair with us. THANKS RAUSCH TEAM! read more

Jared did an outstanding job: (a) giving me a call to let me know he would be 15 minutes late; (b) answering my questions and advising me on options to address my plumbing issues; (c) working quickly after I shared that I needed to be at an appointment; (d) cleaning up before he left. I consistently receive excellent service from Rausch Plumbing. Barb read more

Tim Rausch did the plumbing in my new home, which I am very happy with. I'm now finishing my basement and I hired Tim for the job. They did a great job, coming out to my house during an ice storm. Painting of my basement caused my Water Heater to shut off due to a flammable vapor sensor - I just got done texting back and forth with Tim regarding the issue and he got me back up and running! Excellent customer service and he will be my only plumber from now on!!! read more

We recently hired Rausch Plumbing and Remodeling to address a mystery stench and an apparent leak in our basement. We called first thing in the morning, and Danny arrived in less than an hour. After a thorough inspection, he phoned Tim, the owner, to share his findings. Tim took the time to personally come over, confirm Danny's suspicions, and collaborate on a plan to resolve the issue. They even coordinated with Caden, another team member, to assist with a specific step of the repair. Our home is older, and we discovered that our kitchen piping had been slowly eroding in the basement crawl space for years before finally bursting. This caused sewage water from our sink and dishwasher to seep into our concrete cinder block basement wall. Within hours, the Rausch Plumbing team had completely re-piped the entire system and provided helpful recommendations for potential restoration work. These guys were outstanding! Hardworking, professional, and genuinely kindhearted. Their level of service and respect was unmatched. My husband and I even joked that Danny was so great, we could imagine inviting him and his family over for a backyard barbecue! They clearly explained the problem, laid out the best course of action, and provided a quote upfront--then came in under budget. Same-day service, extra manpower, and the owner himself taking the time to ensure everything was done right? That level of care is rare. We cannot recommend Rausch Plumbing highly enough. After sharing our experience with neighbors, we weren't surprised to hear that Tim Rausch and his team are the only plumbers they call. We now understand why! John & Angie Luck read more

On 6-17-25 we had Rausch Plumbing replace our 50 gal. HWH with a 75 gal HWH, make repairs on a major leak in another problem area on the basement level and replace out sump-pump battery. The three gentlemen were Danny, Erick and Ben. They were fast, extremely efficient and were all polite and very professional. I was more than satisfied with the work provided and also how they left every area very clean. I highly recommend Rausch Plumbing for their work and pricing. Bob Fleshman read more

So far so good. I had a residential water heater replaced on January 9th. The job required moving the water heater, plumbing, gas line and power venting about one foot back in distance because of space constraints. The technician did this all while sticking to the original estimate. He made sure he included a military discount that I would get on top of that too. The old water heater was removed. All of the work looked professional and he cleaned up afterwards. Now, if I can get almost 27 years service out of this new Rheem water heater, like the last one, I will even be more over joyed. read more

Called their office in the morning, they were able to fit me in, that afternoon. Which I really appreciated. I called to get my kitchen faucet, dishwasher & garbage disposal re-connected. I had new countertops & sinks installed 2 days earlier. The 1st gentleman who was set to re-connect them never got back to me, very unreliable & the other plumbing service "Absolute Plumbing " quoted me $800-$1000 for this simple request read more

I do not recommend using Tim Rausch Plumbing as these guys are like going to a used car dealership. Two days and donating 500$ for hours and minimum charges, adamant about being able to fix a hot water heater that apparently should have never been attempted. Changing their price as they go and then giving an unprofessional attitude when asked about it. As hiring licensed professionals I expect to be able to trust their opinion on their services. I now have a half taken apart hot water heater in worse shape then when they originally arrived. read more

Our sump pump died on a rainy Saturday morning and our basement was collecting some water. I called Tim Rausch Plumbing at 5:30am and they were super responsive. The guy that came out was able to confirm our sump pump wasn't working and was able to replace it immediately. I hope I never need another plumber at 5:30am on a Saturday but if I do I'll be calling these guys. read more

Had a pedestal sink we bought installed. Extremely expensive! Should have shopped around! Plumber was very professional but companies prices are gouging. If I had let them install their faucet ( the old one didn't fit new sink ) it would have been close to a 1,000 dollar job!! read more

Outstanding ! I am very happy with Tim Rausch plumbing, they were very fair and professional on 2 projects I had done. I am now planning my 3rd project with them, a complete bath remodel, and can't wait to have it done. read more

My daughter's landlord refused to fix a leaking toilet and it was costing her hundreds of dollars on her water bills. So, I sent Tim Rausch plumbing in to fix the job. They went above and beyond to get this toilet fixed. The toilet is very old and has a shelf over the stop of it, so every time they had to work on it they had to remove it from the floor. After multiple trips and it wasn't fixed I did not want to spend any more money, so I gave up, but Tim Rausch plumbing did not, they sent a guy for the fourth time, for no extra charge and he fixed it. I was over the moon happy, I sent cookies to the crew. read more

The alarm on our sump pump started to beep continuously and none of us know how to find the issue. I was actually at work when the kids called about the sump pump. I hurried back home to check. With storms looming and heavy rain, I was afraid of water flooding our basement. We have never worked on sump pump so we called Tim Rausch Plumbing. On short noticed they showed up on time. We found out that the sump pump died and no longer operating. Greg from Tim Rausch Plumbing was great on explaining things on what happened and he replaced the sump pump. He also gave us tips on how to maintain the sump pump to prevent future issues. Since we have Greg working on the sump pump, we also asked if he can fix our leaking shower head in the bathroom. Greg fixed both with no problem. Overall, Greg from Tim Rausch Plumbing did an excellent job. We have read positive reviews about Tim Rausch Plumbing and we saw why people are happy with their work and service. I'm glad we called them. We are completely satisfied. Thank you Greg and Tim Rausch Plumbing! Highly recommended. read more

I had an emergency on a Sunday night with my sump pump. I called Tim, and he was there within an hour. He was able to do temporary repairs for the night, and came back the next day to make the repairs permanent. I can't say enough about how great the service was, as well as the price. I highly recommend Tim Rausch Plumbing. Mitch Bourin Appleton, WI June 2019 read more

My plumbing emergency was handled expertly and speedily! The team arrived within an hour of my call and replaced my failed sump pump, adding a check valve to the line for efficiency and prolonged motor life. Connor and Aaron were cordial, neat, and very knowledgeable. I am so pleased to have peace of mind with the new sump pump, and a very reasonable price for parts and service. It is great to live in a city and find "a guy". Tim Rausch plumbing is now "my guy" for plumbing needs. Super friendly and professional taking the time to show and explain the plumbing issues. Worked well with me in getting replacement toilet purchased and installed in under an hour. Great job cleaning up as well, not leaving any old materials behind. Super happy with the billing as well, as Tim charged exactly what he estimated so there were no hidden fees to surprise me. The only plumber you need to call in Appleton. ***Update*** Called Tim Rausch during a terrible rain storm when sump pump stopped working and water was building up in basement. Tim and his crew were at my house within the hour with a brand new sump pump and were done in about twenty minutes. Even suggested a restoration company for the water and I felt the price was good for the work and after hours work. Again, ONLY plumber I'll ever use in Appleton! read more

Our basement was flooding, two sump pumps had gone out during this terrible rain storm. They came over right away and everything fix less than 45 minutes. They have excellent prices and worked with me. Jared and Aaron assured me that things would be done correctly. It was a relief that they were over so soon and had everything done in less than 45 minutes. Out of all the plumbers we called they were the only ones that answered. I highly recommend them for their expertise and repertoire. read more

I have an older home and Tim Rausch and his crew have been here for many minor and major repairs, additions and renovations over the years. Always great, timely service and very professional. Had scheduled a toilet to be removed and install a new one. Plumber called advising he was ahead of schedule, so he was able to get to her appointment before schedule time. Took the time to clean everything before installing new toilet, and was very professional. After he left, found a small leak from one of the bolts on the water closet to the tank. Contacted Rauch office, and they sent a different plumber out within the hour to correct the issue. Again very professional and considerate. read more

I had a leaky shut off valve with a toilet so I needed to call a plumber to have it changed. That charge I expected. Since the plumber was already there, he replaced the float valve and flapper in the same toilet and charged me an additional $150. That is ridiculous. I will never use Tim Rausch again. read more

We had small leak in a pipe that I tried to solder myself. I didn't realize it until it destroyed one of my ceiling tiles. Thanks, would definitely recommend them! read more
