Called them to replace a toilet fill valve and to replace the cartridge on a kitchen faucet. After…read morehe spent over an hour taking apart our old faucet claiming it could not be fixed. He put in a new delta faucet bottom of the line quality that dripped from the time of install. He charged us the time it took to install and remove the defective faucet? Our fault his product was not good? He ended up having to install ( we paid for ourselves) a new kitchen faucet one that we got from Moen as a warranty replacement. We were fine and willing to forgive his bad performance until he sent us a bill for $475 (that was not itemized) for labor and parts. Mike is a nice guy, but he is a crooked conman. Do yourself a favor and get an honest plumber that doesn't falsely create problems and charges you for his mistakes. We won't be calling him again.

Residents of Stevens Point and the surrounding area simply cannot do better than Rasmussen Plumbing…read more& Heating. In the past year, our 1946 home has needed a new furnace, range, & utility sink faucet. Rasmussen did the furnace for us the day after we called, which was in October. As we all know, fall temps can be unpredictable here, so we appreciated their urgency in scheduling us. The workers are friendly & the communication with their clerical staff is top-notch. They respond almost immediately, even via email, & never make you feel like a burden. When we ordered our new range, they were very accommodating in working with our delivery company's schedule to make sure our gas line to the old range was safely capped off before the new electric range was delivered. As a millennial homeowner who, honestly, is not skilled in the ways of traditional homeowners, it can be humiliating to talk to certain contractors around town who seem unenthusiastic about helping you-- even as a paying customer. Rasmussen is always kind, professional, expeditious, & thorough. We are thrilled with their work every time.

We bought a 10 year old upscale home in rural Oshkosh last year. One would think that you should…read morehave no issues....Unfortunately that was NOT the case. We needed some major rerouting of plumbing from basement to the lake for sump drainage. We learned of this when the Town Sanitary Officer came to our door to report that our discharge was going into the sewer. After having a meltdown, we contacted O'Neill. Pat O'Neill and crew came out, gave us a solid estimate, and started the work. Pat O'Neill (owner) is ON SITE or CHECKING THE JOB on a continual basis - how many plumbing companies can say that? Further, the Town smiled when they heard we had hired Pat to fix the issue, as the sanitary worker said "He does good work, I know you will have this fixed right". THAT is what you want to hear when you have an issue!!! Pat and crew worked with the other contractor (electrician) by taking the lead and structuring the job so that everything was coordinated. He made countless calls and organized everything - no stress for the homeowner. He then repaired our irrigation system as well....This company really works hard and has a variety of talents. If you go with O'Neill, you know you are getting a long standing, locally owned company with a caring, professional staff that works VERY well together. I could not be happier. This was a MAJOR job and O'Neill is now the ONLY plumber I will trust for house issues, irrigation (auto sprinkler) repairs/install and any issue with drainage. THANK YOU O'NEILL. THERE ARE NOT MANY COMPANIES IN THE REPAIR BUSINESS THAT ARE TRUSTWORTHY ANYMORE - YOU ARE ONE OF THE SOLE SURVIVORS!!!
