We've had the water mitigated by another company, have estimates of the damage, insurance is making it right again and we are starting to restore. Inquired whether Jensen's does this type of work. They do. I asked, "Could we get an estimate?" Their response: "Maybe you should go with another company, we are a month out". My response: "That's ok, everything is 6-8 weeks out". Their response: "Something about your request doesn't seem right and I feel uncomfortable with this situation." My response: "What could be uncomfortable, I am asking for a service, you said you do this type of work. Do you not want to do business?" Them: "I am uncomfortable with insurance being involved and you have an estimate already from another place, why don't you go with them." My response: "Insurance isn't an issue, they are paying to rehab what is needed, the first company who mitigated the water gave us an estimate on the repair but we are looking at our options, so we found you online." I say, "It seems you are suggesting there is something odd about our request. I ask again, "Do you not want our business?". Their response, "No." So rather than saying they don't want our business to begin with, they push us to seek another provider then say there is something that makes them feel uncomfortable about our request. That is just strange to suggest to a customer! Just say you don't want to do a job, one that I can only assume must've been assessed as a "smaller" job. Be upfront with the customer! Not a good interaction.

Quite honestly, I'm not sure if they ever really cleaned... our carpets still had dirt on them. The service was also quite pricey. I would not recommend; I will not be using this service again.

This company is a joke. Literally. 0 stars would be more appropriate than 1. The quality of work…read moreand the customer service is absolutely brutal and that is an understatement. They attempted to provide service for water damage in my home which escalated into a mold remediation and asbestos abatement job. They pulled their equipment before the dry out was completed. They did mold remediation with no containment and left moldy building materials in my home and garage. They are not licensed to provide asbestos abatement but proceeded to do so, again with no containment, putting me, my home, and their un-trained employees at risk and exposed to extremely unhealthy conditions. They damaged windows and appliances while performing their work and refused to replace them. The list of awful things goes on and on and ultimately they walked away from the job without ever finishing the work ( I'm actually ok with that because they have no idea what they're doing) but they did send the director of operations, Mike, out to address my concerns and he provided me with an incredibly terrible customer service experience, so I requested that the owner of this franchise, Todd Frank, contact me so I could discuss the situation with him. I was mistakenly under the impression that he cared about his business and the quality of work his people are providing, but I have yet to hear from him or receive a call. Pretty sad I would highly recommend not using their services

Short story: They handled a water damage job for my mother-in-law. Got a 4 because they screwed it…read moreup twice, took over a year to fix their own mistake, but ultimately fixed their mistakes. Want more context? Long story below: vvv Long story: My mother-in-law had water damage in early 2025 and Paul Davis got involved in February 2025 for restoration in the master bathroom. In the first attempt at fixing the problem, the third party tile person they hired told the project manager that all the water proofing needed to be replaced as well. The project manager denied this and tile was laid. The leak continued to happen. Paul Davis came back out with the same project manager. That project manager did not bring the same tile person back, brought a different third party tile person in. During this time, my father-in-law passed away over the weekend and the tile guy was supposed to come on Monday to demo the shower. My mother-in-law sent a text to the project manager asking her to postpone the tile guy coming in given the nature of everything that happened. The project manager never responded and the tile guy showed up Monday anyway. My mother-in-law kept waiting and waiting for updates on the shower and why it wasn't getting done. The project manager kept saying the tile company was being difficult and they were struggling to get the tile in - fine, it happens but it would be week to a month before my MIL would reach out for an update. Finally some tile came in and the floor was laid but the wall tile was not in. I got involved by speaking with the case manager (who handles the back end with insurance) who assured me the manager of the office was now involved and my MIL would be getting weekly updates even if the update is "time still on back order". These weekly updates did NOT happen. Finally the wall tile came in. She had plans for later that day and told the project manager so the tile guy would be there in the morning - the tile guy did not show up until the afternoon even though my MIL was told he was going to be early and was not. FINALLY - it's been almost a FULL YEAR since the very first fix - the shower was done. My MIL took a shower and the slope was wrong so the water would flow OUT OF THE SHOWER ONTO THE BATHROOM FLOOR. There is 0 - ZERO - reasons a company should be taking this long to fix their OWN mistakes. Not to mention the sheer unprofessionalism. Now round three with Paul Davis. I went to corporate. My MIL got a call from the same project manager who came to her house, looked at the issue and told here there wasn't a slope problem and was going to close out the project. For the record, I could visibly see the tile was sloped the wrong way. I went to corporate again and got a call back from the office manager. He said he was aware of some "communication issues" but not the full extent of the problem. THIS is where Paul Davis redeemed themselves - a new project manager was assigned who was WONDERFUL. She was very hands on and made sure to keep in conversation with my MIL. The shower needed to be ripped out and redone, but they redid the WHOLE shower. There was rot the first project manager didn't bother with. So the shower was brought down to the studs, new tile was purchased and my MIL now has a beautiful new shower. Paul Davis is getting a four out of five because of the amount of EFFORT on our part it took for them to fix their own mistake. HOWEVER, they ultimately fixed their mistake and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I can't give a five, but they finished product and effort they did once the office manager was involved is definitely worth the four stars.

Devin, Sebastian, Austin and Anthony from the mitigation team did a fabulous job of getting everything tore out, the water cleaned up and lastly hit it with the mold spray, and set the Dehu, air scrubber and fans. They worked efficently (and together) communicating with us and each other. They worked very hard to get everything done quickly. There Mitigation PM Kelly was very good and quickly got everything over to USAA for a quick approval. I was waiting on Restoration to get to the house and start the process of getting an estimate together and sending the estimate to USAA and putting the Kitchen back in order so that I could feed my disbled Step-son. When I had not heard anything, Kelly got me over to the PM Anthony from Restoration. the information that I received was that Anthony did not want to do my job putting me off another 2 days of getting an estimate over to USAA. I was reassigned to Delialiah and Russell and he is coming over on Thursday. I am not please at all with Anthony's behavior. This is nothing new, this is how he acted at Servicemaster. However, Cody is a dream, and anyone would be lucky to have him come to there home and help them. Paul Davis would be wise to understand that USAA probably in the end will pay around 32,000 for this claim, and to be shoved around by an arrogant, paronoid, and over all mean spitited human being is crazy when I am paying you a nice pay day for 1 claim.
