EXCELLENT service! My 87 yr old mother accidentally factory reset her cellphone, losing all contacts, photos and text conversations. She was extremely distressed, mostly about losing photos. My tech was understanding, kind, very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions, going through all the possible recovery motions, and offering a solution. Using her previous cellphone, he was able to transfer photos she thought were forever lost, and customized her settings back to where they had been, even adding a few helpful ones we did not know were even possible!
