I had the misfortune of having a purse brought to this "shoppe" for a simple strap repair. The purse was subsquently "lost" somehow and owner John Yde is not taking any responsibility for my misplaced purse. If it wasn't of sentimental value to me I would have never bothered to try to have it fixed.
