I went here on a recommendation by a friend. Not a big fan of shoe shopping . Was my first time…read morehere, nice clean and organized store. Looked at what they had and it wasn't ( exactly) what I was looking for so I decided to shop around at a few other well known shoe stores in the area. What I found was nothing close to comparable to this store. I have wide feet so finding shoes that fit comfortable is a challenge. The other stores I visited could order wide shoes, very unorganized and in some stores a real challenge just to see what they had to offer. I know from experience that not all shoes are created equal. I'm now a try on and buy ( if the shoe fits) type of person. All in all very satisfied with my shopping experience here. They topped it all off with a buy one get one at half price and by signing up for their alert notices I earned an extra 10% off . Prices just so you know are comparable to less than other stores with the same exact shoes. I highly recommend you at least give them a shot. The manager was right when I said I was going to check around ( she said you'll be back) and I was. Happens all the time she say's.

Love your store! Have purchased 10+ pairs over the years. Always have helpful staff when I go, able…read moreto try on so many shoes and find just the right one that fits. Speaking of that, I've tried 10-20 name brand shoes (NorthFace, UnderArmor, Nike, Adidas and so on) even in their so called "wides" they are more narrow than the Skechers "relaxed" fit. So suffice to say, Skechers are the only shoes that fit my feet and are not horribly overpriced like those other name brands. Almost every time I have stopped in there is a BOGO sale, usually able to get 2 pairs of shoes for $60-$80 depending on what style i'm looking at. I have discovered that it's a good idea to buy about 4 pairs (during a bogo) and rotate shoes. I work retail and spending 9-11 hours a day 5 days a week with the same pair of shoes they won't last as long as I need (to be expected, no shoe I know of is built to last through that). Over a year ago i bought 4 pairs to test that out and all 4 still have plenty of tread and look almost new. Will be shopping again as usual in the future to continue purchasing. Also forgot to mention, they have a rewards program with offers discounts on future purchases (such as $10 Skechers cash etc)

They don't even wash it, they don't iron it, they get it dropped off, stick a tag on it and chuck it on a rack. WHERE DO THEY GET OFF MAKING 800% profit on an item that is DONATED. The place was filthy. I don't know what they pay their employees to do since most of them seemed to be taking their sweet time putting things "back in order on the racks". They have it sorted by size, and by colorish. Shouldn't take all day to return items to racks. How about cleaning for once? I've added some images. The dressing rooms were appalling (See dirt, dust clumps and gum stuck to the wall images-I poked the gum with a stick I found on the floor and it was hard as a rock so it's been there for awhile). The management here is seriously lacking, if these "donations" are "providing jobs" to the community, then why not have the employees make a career out of it and let each member manage an area of the store instead of letting the place look like a dump and have no one care about the customer experience. It will teach responsibility, respect/ownership of those responsibilities, and highlight the store as a community asset vs. some donation dump zone. I feel bad for the members of the community, the people shopping here are usually on a budget (hence why they aren't at the mall across the street), why insult them by providing mediocre staff and a lack of store organization/hygiene?
