As did my son!…read more This was three years ago, so I do not know if management or staff has changed, but we did not have any issues! Everyone was very patient with both my husband (who virtually NEVER wears a suit) and my son, who was four years old at the time and quite busy! Lol. We eloped for our wedding, so this location contacted and made sure we knew where our guys could pick their suits up when we got where we were going! We would go back to them!

I'd call this an average EB outlet - its a good sized store and the selection and deals will be hit…read moreor miss depending on the season. We tend to stop as EB often has 36 inseam pants for the long legged Mister but alas, the only ones in the store were in festive "dad jean" styles. I love this store but several employees were extremely rude and pushy. One woman literally followed…read moreme around the store, just keeping a close enough distance. I heard her say to another employee, "just make sure to watch closely" while looking in my direction. Not once did she ask if I needed help or if I was looking for something specific. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. (Mind you I had NOTHING in my hands or even a large jacket on which might indicate I was going to shoplift something..which shouldn't even matter in winter in Wisconsin) While I was checking out she literally stood over my shoulder. The gentleman checking me out appeared annoyed that I was debating between sizes for a gift I was purchasing and seemed more interested on getting my information for their "mailing list" instead of helping with the purchase. I love Eddie Bauer but I'll go to another location from now on.

I've been stressed and worried about finding work elsewhere. Compared to the quality of Brooks Brothers clothing, nothing I had came close. I called and made sure Eric was working, came on over and he was absolutely awesome at helping me out. I told him my needs and my lack of knowledge in the professional business apparel world. He made sure to point out specials/promos they had, gave me excellent advice and comparisons on selections, styles, colors. This was also my first time shopping at any Brooks Brothers. He was kind enough to stay a little past his scheduled time to finish the transaction and take care of me. I came in not confident, stressed, worried about looking good for the interview I had the next day. I left feeling confident and a lot less stressed knowing I had high quality and really good looking professional clothing. During the visit he had to help some other customers and gave them the same level of customer service. Highly highly recommend to anyone needing quality and professional clothing coupled with excellent customer service that is personable.

Scheels is an employee-owned chain store that sells sporting goods for fishing, hunting, shooting,…read morecamping, hiking, cycling, etcetera. Scheels also sells clothing, shoes, and accessories for men, women, and children as well as other products such as home decor and lawn/garden supplies. I live in Pennsylvania, which does not have any Scheels stores, but I made an online order with this store in Appleton. According to Google, this Scheels store had the lowest price for a particular type of shirt from The North Face at only $17. I felt surprised and pleased that Scheels charged a $0 fee for standard shipping and handling. The next day, Scheels shipped my package via the USPS. A few days later, the package arrived at my house. The shirt was in excellent condition. I feel very happy with Scheels's product, price, and delivery.

Both of the men at each desk treated us as though we were an inconvenience to them. The rest of the staff were very polite and friendly. As for spending my money for any more sporting goods, we will spend it at Fleet Farm, Dicks...anywhere but Scheels!
