How about informing the wheel alignment customers that if critically specific parts related to alignment are badly worn OR safety compromised there -- (may be \ can be \ will be) a $47 inspection fee . Not specifically those words of course but something to inform the consumer of an impending possible charge NOT oh we can't do the alignment 1 or more parts are bad and that will be $47 please. And it's the same inspection they or any Mechanic will do before every alignment anyway but if they don't align you pay $47 Bucks for the information. And by the way I installed the 2 parts in question about 4 -6 Months ago! Both MOOG Brand Parts. It was my very intelligent wife that took the Vehicle in and knew parts were fine. * Destroyed displaced belongings without inventorying them…read more They completely ignored mandatory chain-of-custody tracking, destroying potentially salvageable items and forcing us to blindly guess our losses for our insurance claim. * Caused a secondary basement flood. Because of negligent field oversight, their technicians cut the power to our emergency sump pump backup system after we personally ensured it was operating. This directly flooded our basement. They blamed everything that could have caused it except the possibility of their own crews negligence. * Bare-minimum mitigation at my expense. To dry out the basement flood they caused, they simply propped water-logged rugs on blocks, left commercial dryers running on my residential electric bill for 5-7 days, and failed to do proper moisture testing or proper disposal of damaged items. * Total administrative evasion. When we brought water-damaged items to management's attention, the manager (Jamie) minimized or flat-out ignored 90% of the damaged inventory. Furthermore, our premium LG OLED TV suffered physical damage under their care. When confronted, contents management once again gaslit and blamed everything other than their crew. * Poor logistics. Damaged items that were supposed to be hauled away were left dumped in our driveway for days. We had to bypass this franchise entirely and work directly with our insurance adjuster just to get an accurate property claim processed. They lack the administrative training, structural oversight, and basic professional competence required to handle large, sensitive claims. Save yourself the secondary disaster and hire a competent, qualified restoration company instead.

I have had bad experiences at this store but want to tell about the great experience I had…read moreyesterday. I went in to check about switching to Verizon Internet. There was one employee there and his name is Cameron. He totally explained the process to me and then walked me through how to do it myself at home. He brought out the very simple box needed and I had a hands on experience of what to do with it when I got home. He actually set it up there to make sure it was working and was able to get the wifi on my phone set up for me. He was patient, informative and very knowledgeable about the process. After I got home it was an easy task for me to connect to my TV and to my PC. I only needed to type in the password. I am a 72 year old with very little tech knowledge and was so happy that I actually was able to do this on my own. Cameron told me over and over that I could do it as I was nervous about it. He is a valuable employee and has wonderful customer service skills. I will not hesitate to go back in the store to update phone or with any questions I have about my Verizon service if I open the door and see that he is working!!!! Thank you Cameron for the excellent service that you gave me. I am totally satisfied with the new service and have already cancelled the former one.
