The old we can't do a wheel alignment because Of a supposedly worn part oh ! And that will be $47 Bucks. UMmmm Excuse me how's that again ? How about informing the wheel alignment customers that if critically specific parts related to alignment are badly worn OR safety compromised there -- (may be \ can be \ will be) a $47 inspection fee . Not specifically those words of course but something to inform the consumer of an impending possible charge NOT oh we can't do the alignment 1 or more parts are bad and that will be $47 please. And it's the same inspection they or any Mechanic will do before every alignment anyway but if they don't align you pay $47 Bucks for the information. And by the way I installed the 2 parts in question about 4 -6 Months ago! Both MOOG Brand Parts. It was my very intelligent wife that took the Vehicle in and knew parts were fine. Came in with muffler issue. After looking at for 5 minutes was given quote of 685. Told whole system needed to be changed. Brought it to two other places for quote. Both gave quote of 150. Really guys?!?! I may be a blonde but I am not dumb! Only one piece wandered. Not entire system!! read more

My older vehicle had numerous issues with corrosion on the wheels and it was never an issue when I brought it in. I now do all my regular maintenance there. I've had nothing but great experiences here. The staff are all super friendly and patient with people like me who know nothing about. They explain things well and don't try to rip you off by telling you that you need to fix every little thing on your vehicle. Very good experience at this location. We noticed a tire had a slow leak. We bought the tires here with the lifetime warranty. The other location always questions us, giving us the fifth if we suggest a tire has a problem. This location was very understanding and promptly fixed the issue by reseating the bead at no charge, under warranty. The Van Roy road location could learn a lot from the customer service this location provides. Very friendly crew. read more

Just one watch out here when dealing with Matthews tire, be aware what they are charging you, Big Paul Ray calls and quotes me a bill of 1900 dollars for new front brakes (because a caliper was sticking), and a few other items and after I was quoted 1000.00 for a set of new goodyear tires for my truck, I assumed the work I ok'd was for 900.00 because he said it will be 1900.00 dollars, he never once said that is without your tires, imagine my surprise when my bill was 2900.00 and he says well that's what you agreed to. Apparently the shop people and tire people are on different pages. I knew I never should have went there. Go some where else to get Goodyear tires. read more

I had an alignment issue with my Jeep Wrangler. Since new, it had a slight pull to the right. Other places wanted to do expensive repairs just to get it into alignment. This location went above and beyond in fixing the problem. They listened to my concerns and was able to get it back to factory specs without a huge repair bill.
