From my initial consultation, Matt treated me as an equal, though he knew everything and I knew nothing. He waled me through what would give me the best "bang for my buck". I am no spendthrift, so walking me through an expense I deem a splurge was no easy task for the poor guy. Never did I feel bad about a question. And he used every means of communication, from in person, to email, to eventual phone. All the while, he guided me through the process. And with a time crunch, he even obliged me an early install. My car was dropped off at 9am and completed by 3pm (do NOT hold him to that kind of speedy delivery!). Matt fit the subwoofer and amp addition within my budget and completely the work with aplomb. They've got underwear, shapewear, and PJ's for men & women and the prices are pretty good. It's not the biggest Jockey store so don't expect a huge selection especially on the PJ front. Ordered online and paid via Paypal on a Wednesday, the order shipped USPS Priority on Thursday and I received on Saturday. The clippers were brand new in original packaging. Appleton's system also sent me the invoice electronically and provided tracking info. Exceptional service and product.

I live in Pennsylvania, which does not have any Scheels stores, but I made an online order with this store in Appleton. According to Google, this Scheels store had the lowest price for a particular type of shirt from The North Face at only $17. I felt surprised and pleased that Scheels charged a $0 fee for standard shipping and handling. The next day, Scheels shipped my package via the USPS. A few days later, the package arrived at my house. The shirt was in excellent condition. I feel very happy with Scheels's product, price, and delivery.
