They had asked to keep the bike, to ensure proper time was spent correcting the situation, and even offered to Deliver the bike to me, 1 hour away.... According to Google, this Scheels store had the lowest price for a particular type of shirt from The North Face at only $17. I felt surprised and pleased that Scheels charged a $0 fee for standard shipping and handling. The next day, Scheels shipped my package via the USPS. A few days later, the package arrived at my house. The shirt was in excellent condition. I feel very happy with Scheels's product, price, and delivery.

I turned my head and 5 feet away from me was a female store associate stocking shoes close to my proximity. She was on her store communication device with other store associates. What I heard was loud enough and intentional; like literally being "indirectly aggressive" in her voice/behavior on her Comm device. When I went to the cash register area with my boots; there was no associate there. I waited for a few minutes and no one was coming; so I went back to look at more boots. A few minutes later I decided to go back and see if there was any associates at the cash register. Only when I left that they were there... when approaching the cash register; they left again. I had to approach one of them to get their attention as if they were avoiding me... This made me feel like they were completely avoiding me on purpose; the customer... At this moment I felt very unwelcome and the atmosphere there felt really weird. While at the cash register with two associates finally taking my payment... the female associates gave off some really weird/cold sounded questions and asked if I wanted to donate money to their store cause; I said yes. I finally bought the boots and got out of there as fast as I could. Being completely honest; I felt very unwelcome at this store... I'm giving this store a prompt rating of 1 star.
