And I was told I would get my full trade ins. Si I traded in 4 phones and got the Internet. My iPhone 17s were on back order for almost a month but my Google and Galaxy 25 were good to go. Now fast forward to November 1st, almost a month after I had been in the store (I know because it was my birthday on October 4th, we got the new iPhones and it took about 2 weeks to return the trade-ins. While I was there.I asked about the prime I was told that I had been signed up for the wrong one and was not eligible. He said he could fix it and I left the store with the Ultimate internet plan. We did not move...everything remained the same. When we took the bill to T-Mobile we were told that they have had this problem before with US Cellular not sending out final itemized bill so x-customers won't be able to get reimbursements from their new cell phone companies. As I stated earlier the young lady Isabella tried very hard to help me but was unable due to the actions of the manager.
