Then she looked at my account and said that I had all these "banners" on my account and I was eligible for a buyout (which only had abot 2 months left of payments. Maybe 3.) And I was told I would get my full trade ins. Si I traded in 4 phones and got the Internet. My iPhone 17s were on back order for almost a month but my Google and Galaxy 25 were good to go. Now fast forward to November 1st, almost a month after I had been in the store (I know because it was my birthday on October 4th, we got the new iPhones and it took about 2 weeks to return the trade-ins. I took them both to the store at the same time, to the same rep, but for some reason 1 can not be found. While I was there.I asked about the prime I was told that I had been signed up for the wrong one and was not eligible. He said he could fix it and I left the store with the Ultimate internet plan. I feel like Verizon is more than happy to sell, sell, sell but when it comes time to fix what they need to, the find themselves lacking. Please fix what you broke Verizon.

Every place was far too expensive and wanted to run a diagnostic test, which would take days, and I already knew what I needed done and needed the laptop for college classes. Location is good and store is plenty big, has an unfinished feel inside, like the finished the floor, ceiling and walls, but didn't do much to make it look complete. So it feels a bit empty inside and almost a warehouse feel. Sounds weird, but don't let that stop you from going in. I can't speak on prices too much, I've been in a couple times for a quick grab n go purchase here and there. Never much time to browse and see what they have. They can special order just about anything if they don't carry it or have it in stock. Selection is pretty good in store from what I saw, but for anyone looking for real specific types of processors, motherboards, equipment there is a chance they might not carry it. They offer custom builds of computers if I remember correctly, you can buy all the stuff you need to build your own in here. My experience: I was cleaning out my custom build desktop of dust/dirt build up, installing a 2nd hard drive and a few other custom changes. I left one side panel of the case off, was running the pc. This is where I did something stupid, I had to move a wire away from the processor fan, it was slowly moving towards it, no time to power off etc. I reached in, moved it and my finger tip barely hit the Processor cooling fan. Almost sliced the tip of my finger off and also broke a blade off the fan. It started making a god awful noise and my fear was damage to the computer. Thankfully there was none. On my tablet I went online looking for a replacement fan, found out I had a very odd size fan in both MM width and height. Very few sites carried any, even newegg.com and amazon.com. I didn't want to buy something I think would work and then have to return it, plus 3 day shipping at least. So i looked locally, thought of this place and sure enough they had exactly what I wanted and needed. It was just slightly cheaper in store, shipping online would have been $15 and in store was about $10. They were helpful, helped me to the area of cooling fans and helped me find the right one. In the end I recommend this place for service and in a pinch selection. Try support your local business and shop there, they have plenty of items and i'm sure you can find some things worth the in-store purchase rather than ordering and waiting for online shipping. It's very convenient and found it to be for my situation.

I had a serious and unacceptable experience with this AT&T store…read more A few years ago, I added my then-girlfriend to my account and granted her limited access because she had a line on my plan. After we separated, she went into this store to transfer her line off of my account and onto her own. Instead of transferring her line, the store representative transferred my phone number to her new account, without me being present, without my authorization, and without my four-digit passcode. As a result, my phone is now on her account, and her phone remains on mine. This is a clear violation of AT&T's own security and account-verification procedures and constitutes a breach of contract. No account changes of this magnitude should ever be made without the account holder's presence or proper authentication. The mistake has caused unnecessary stress and complications that should never have occurred in the first place. This was not a minor error, it was a serious failure to follow basic protocols that protect customers. I strongly caution others to be extremely careful with this location and to double-check every change they make to their account. This situation should never have happened.

Figured it was time for an upgrade, so my wife and I headed to the Oshkosh AT&T store. When we walked in the door we were punched square in the face with a completely OVERWHELMING smell! It was nauseating. My wife was literally choking on it! The employee said it was an air purifier. There was a large vase looking thing just spewing stuff upwards into the air. As my wife was gagging the guy had the nerve to say to her, the customer, you can step outside if you want. Wouldn't the right thing to do in that instance be to unplug the thing until we left?? NOPE. He directed us to one of the fix-it stores and that was that. I still don't have a phone and will NOT step foot back in that store! A couple decades as a AT&T customer and I think this has drove me to find a new carrier.

She was rude and unfriendly, and not at all helpful. Well the sales reps asked me to leave the store because I got frustrated with her. He might have been a manager I think. I went home and discovered that I had Apple Care, so called and the person did a diagnostics on the phone, and checked battery. My battery was fine. She thought is was the charger.
