Then she looked at my account and said that I had all these "banners" on my account and I was eligible for a buyout (which only had abot 2 months left of payments. Maybe 3.) And I was told I would get my full trade ins. Si I traded in 4 phones and got the Internet. My iPhone 17s were on back order for almost a month but my Google and Galaxy 25 were good to go. Now fast forward to November 1st, almost a month after I had been in the store (I know because it was my birthday on October 4th, we got the new iPhones and it took about 2 weeks to return the trade-ins. I took them both to the store at the same time, to the same rep, but for some reason 1 can not be found. While I was there.I asked about the prime I was told that I had been signed up for the wrong one and was not eligible. He said he could fix it and I left the store with the Ultimate internet plan. I feel like Verizon is more than happy to sell, sell, sell but when it comes time to fix what they need to, the find themselves lacking. Please fix what you broke Verizon.

Long story is that by the time we got the final itemized bill, 1 day later we got bill from collection company. I had to beg to get the bill sent in the first place! We did not move...everything remained the same. When we took the bill to T-Mobile we were told that they have had this problem before with US Cellular not sending out final itemized bill so x-customers won't be able to get reimbursements from their new cell phone companies. Bad business practice. Glad we moved to T-Mobile. Saving us lots of $ and we all have smartphones with unlimited data.

I was literally on the phone off and on with them from 10 AM to 8 PM before I finally called it quits because it was going absolutely nowhere with no progress in sight. Their customer service employees are very rude and offer no real support or help. I'd have a better conversation with my now dead mother compared to this staffing. Absurdly disappointed and will never come back to this company. Don't plan on passing away ever if you're using this company. They'll want you to still pay for the dead person AND want to talk to them
