I was told that they would send it to me both by email and snail mail... Month later didn't come. C alled US Cellular and they said they would send it...took another 2 weeks. Long story is that by the time we got the final itemized bill, 1 day later we got bill from collection company. I had to beg to get the bill sent in the first place! We did not move...everything remained the same. When we took the bill to T-Mobile we were told that they have had this problem before with US Cellular not sending out final itemized bill so x-customers won't be able to get reimbursements from their new cell phone companies. Bad business practice. Glad we moved to T-Mobile. Saving us lots of $ and we all have smartphones with unlimited data.

I had to go to a corporate store to get it resolved. Forward to now. My phone has a screen hardware issue. I went in to get it fixed. I had to drop the dinsney plus. I also was told i would get a military discount. That is a lie. You have to subscribe to some thing to get that military discount. This Verizon store cares only about in thing and hat is making a commission and sales. I would avoid this place. And I have talked to Verizon a few times before I got this case number and No one at Verizon when u can or chat with them cares. I wish I could drop them but now I am stuck for the next two years. In a plan and with phones I seriously can't afford.
